The Plumbing Team was responsive and very professional. They came out same-day to replace our sump pump and install a battery back-up. The previous owners of the house we live in did a janky job of installing the previous dump pump. *** was able to fix everything and get our new pump up and running before we got more rain. Have used The Plumbing team on two occasions now and could not have been more satisfied. Called on them to help replace one of two gas water heaters in my basement. Came to realize that water was only being drawn from one the majority of the time due to poor initial plumbing causing uneven use and premature failure of the unit. Furthermore the original piping failed to allow for diversion to use the remaining good unit. *** *** not only replaced the failed unit, but corrected the piping so that both units were drawn upon equally.More recently, he came out to assess a gas leak that was resulting from pipe failure under back porch with gas backing up into the house. After pressure testing the system and localizing the problem, he fed a new line bypassing the problem all together.He is meticulous, knowledgeable/competent, personable, punctual and neat about his work and does it a fair price.Will definitely call on again when the need arises.R.K.N.Wilmette, **The Plumbing Team Response

*** was amazing. *** worked for us for 4 years and each time he goes above and beyond what he needs to do. He fixed the garbage disposal and put in a water filter faucet for us. Both are amazing and he never overcharges.The Plumbing Team Response
