    We bought a slingshot end of March this year. *** brought this car back the 5th time today to fix a couple of issues. First issue was the navigation. I was under the impression that the car came with navigation and so did the sales person. When i got home to get familiarize with it, surprise surpise it does not. Reached out to the salesperson he said bring it back they will take care of it. At the same time, i ran diagnostics and theres error on the car about the accelerometer. So i brought it back for them to look at, and could not fix it there n then. I brought it back again multiple times and they said they gonna order parts. I brought it back when the part came in to fix the accelerometer. I got it back and when i got home ran diagnostics and error still there. I brought it back today for them to look at it, i followed up on the navigation and what do you know, they have not ordered the part. Looks like this dealership is lacking communication, coz its been almost 4 months and the module to make the navigation work still not ordered. They just talked about ordering it today qnd the issue started beginning of April. If your thinking about getting anything here dont. Look somewhere else. I hope they can make things right. At this point i just want my money back, ill go somewhere else to buy another one. Wasted enough time for me and the person that has to pick me up every time i drop off the car and its still in the same situation.

    I had a vehicle there on consignment **** Ce04). I left the vehicle in their trusted hand to sell the vehicle. After a couple months of zero action I went to the dealership to make sure the bike was on display and properly being advertised. No one could find the bike. Eventually after 20 min of looking we found it upstairs hidden away. I requested I pick up the bike the following day which they agreed. When I went to collect the bike they could not locate the title which I gave the ** at the time (no longer there). The searched and unable to located it. They were also unable to get me a duplicate title since it was an IN title. I worked with ***** in the finance office who was more than nice and helpful about the situation. He told me to contact the prev owners of the bike and see if they could go to the IN dmv to get a duplicate. I did so however they wanted $200 including the title fees for their wasted time and postage. ***** agreed to cover my expenses I had to pay. I provide him the receipt for that fee. They now refuse to pay me.

    I have been doing business with this dealer for many years. I have purchased 3 motorcycles from them. My wife and I are having our first child so I decided to take a break from motorcycle. When the dealer appraised the motorcycle, they presented a very low offer and justified with frame damage and that allegedly I bottomed it out. For the past two years I took care of this bike like a baby and havent had a single incident. They sold me this motorcycle with the frame damage and never informed me. Now I have to suffer financial losses due to this damage that I wasnt aware of at the time of purchase. I am looking for them to either buy the bike back or prove that this damage was not there when I purchased this bike.

    I was charged almost $400 for dealership prep and inspection. Apon getting the bike home I noticed a broken turn signal leaking oil and several other problems. After calling the business several times I finally got an answer the salesman ***** said he would call the service department and call me back. ** never heard from him and he ignores my calls. Another gentleman contacted me after I left a review on ******* Again they said they would contact me and I never heard from them. Several other negative reviews say the same things.

    Fox River had a motorcycle advertised for $7995.00 , I was interested in buying it so before leaving ********** and driving to ***************** illinois, I ask are there any fees other than the *********** River said yes , other then the advertised price we have a $995.00 fee on each bike , I decided to go ahead and buy the motorcycle because it was nice and pay the excessive fee of $995.00 added to the cost . When my wife and I got to the dealership they told us they had to collect ******** tax and title fees and wanted another $1367.93 in fees , I said ******** taxes and registration with plates is always about 10% so it should be $800 or less . The Fox River employee assured me they will send back any overpayment I made for the taxes and tile registration and plates . It made me really nervous because it was almost $600 extra . Again the employee assured me I would get it back . After a few weeks , I got my registration back from ******** and the total cost for everything was $771.94 , a few days later Fox River sent me a check for $22.21 .. it should have been $595.99 , that was my overpayment. I emailed ************************* at *** River and he said I only got $21.21 because they added more fees and he doesnt understand why Im confused. I am definitely not confused about the scam they are running. By lying about me getting my overpayment back . They got a total of almost $1600.00 in fraudulent fees , thats not including my taxes , plates or registration. I had agreed to the $995.00 excessive fees in the first place but absolutely not the $595.99 that they said were part of the taxes , title and registration. When I received a check from Fox River for $21.21 . I emailed them and ask where my money is . They said $21.21 is what I get after they added more fees . This was total fraud and deception, I want my $595.99 minus $21.21 overpayment back . This place is scamming people, Im sure Im not the only one .

    i purchased a used motorcycle paid ****. and filed out some paper work and now nobody wants to talk to me .called 3 times this morning and they hung up on me all 3 times.
