    I ordered a shirt from a sale and when I received it there were 3 flaws on it that were not mentioned in the sale post (I’ll include pictures from post). I immediately messaged the owner with no response. So, then I replied to a post/thread & commented that I had messaged her, & nothing. She did a recent post, so I commented on it that I had messaged her & she stated she didn’t have an email from me so I posted a screenshot of my message. Owner immediately deleted it and messaged me the return/exchange files. I followed this and emailed within 5 days, 2 business days later they ask for additional stuff to which I provided immediately. It’s now been over a week with absolutely no resolution. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge. All I want is for my situation to be made right. The lack of communication since providing what they asked for is unprofessional for a business. It states the customer will know in 3 business days and here I am a week later and still nothing being said, and this is after I did a follow up email 3 days ago. Regardless of it being a sale item and those sales being final, my shirt was delivered damaged at no fault of my own, exceptions can and should be made in these type of situations. Not to mention the fact, that customers are expected to follow return guidelines but she’s not even following them.

    Since submitting my complaint, I have been removed and blocked from the business ******** group page where the sale post was at.

    I purchased a bag from this retailer under the impression it was a real **** bag. When I discovered it was a fake I contacted the business and told her I wanted a refund and I would return the bag. She told me that I should have known it was a fake and that I missed the return window. I told her it shouldn’t matter that I the window of return because I didn’t know it was a fake bag until now. In the ******** description it said **** bag sale. She again told me that I missed the return window and she wasn’t going to do anything about it.

    Customer picked up her bag first of June. I was there and we had a great conversation about her dog business. She never mentioned or questioned the bag. She is now complaining about it being fake in August. She has physically had this in her possession for months. I told her our return policy is 5 days from picking up the item. The item was not falsely advertised since the pictured provided of the physically product never has the word “bogg” on the bottom right corner like real **** bags have. We have sold over 490 over these since February and this is our first complaint that she wasn’t aware that it was a dupe. 

     

    She is not eligible for a refund.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I should not have had to do research to make sure she was not selling me a fake bag. It was advertised on the post that I ordered from that it was a **** bag. Not a knock off **** bag.

    I ordered a bag from this business 2 Months ago and was told it would in within 2.5 weeks. I never received the bag, so I tried contacting the owner via email, text, and ******** messenger. I have gotten no response back when asking for a refund or my bag. I have reached out on many occasions.

    We refuse to business with this client due to the chosen verbal language used and disrespect for the business. She had her refund within an hour of letting her know we will not do business with her.

     I am rejecting this response because: she felt I was threatening her business when I stated, after no reply for 3-4 days  I stated I would file a complaint with BBB and dispute my charge. Once I shower her I filed a complaint was it only then she replied  still stating I could not have the bag I purchase.  A refund was eventually issued. She was continued to degrade me. I have multiple other EX customers with very similar response from ****** and how she handles situations That were her fault and she cannot take accountability for her poor business choices
