***** is an amazing person and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to clean my dryer system after not being done in 25 years. He changed out my dryer to flexible pipe and took the time to add sheet metal screws, clamps, and tape where needed. My dryer was under warranty and not drying. The warranty company came out but said I need vent cleaned. Called The vent King and ***** came out. He had to go under the house and replace tubing that had holes in it because it was very old. He explained everything he was doing as he worked. Super nice guy and I felt bad he had to go under the house where a lot of spiders live.He said he doesnt mind. If you need your dryer vent cleaned (which you should do every two years to avoid a fire hazard), check out these guys. Absolutely amazing service. $140 well spent. You should've seen all the c*** inside our dryer vent hose. It could've quickly started a fire. Great communication. Arrived. Exactly on time. Friendly service guy.
