            I've contacted visiontek a couple of different times with similar issues relating to what is software issues with a dock i purchased directly from their amazon store (THEY ARE THE SELLER). They really have no software support at all, both my brands of laptops hate their software and they basically say they cant fix it. They can just guide me to uninstall my software and reinstall it. I've asked the company for a refund and becuase I bought it from them from Amazon it can be refunded but if i bought if from them it could? I can see why we have a D- BBB rating. I've contacted my attorney as I think there's plenty here for a class action with multiple parties harmed as the company cannot follow it's own warranty.

            I have an issue with my docking station purchased April 2021. However, because I did not fill out the registration card within 30 days from the date of purchase the company will not honor the 2 year warranty.
