    I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for some time and have purchased three brand-new Escalades from them over time. I even had a fourth one on order when I encountered a service issue.Since July 2024, the service department has been attempting to fix a simple issue with my vehicle. The truck has been in service three or four times, and during the most recent visit, they kept it for approximately 40 days. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the issue was still unresolved, and the quality of service performed was subpar.When I escalated the complaint to the service manager, his response was completely unacceptable. His exact words were to "take the vehicle somewhere else as there are plenty of Cadillac dealerships."It is not the service managers role to decide where a customer should take their vehicle, especially when the vehicle is under warranty. His dismissive attitude is unprofessional, and he failed to fulfill his responsibility to address the issue.This matter warrants immediate attention from **. Such behavior reflects poorly on the dealership and the brand as a ******** a result of this experience, I canceled my order for a 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ and took my business to a dealership that values its customers. The service manager clearly lacks an understanding of what customer service entails and should not be in this position.

We value our loyal customers and aim to provide excellent service, so we truly apologize for the frustration you've encountered.Regarding the issue with your vehicle, we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. After several inspections and comparing your vehicle with others of similar model and mileage, it was determined that the condition of the 2nd row seats was normal. However, in an effort to satisfy you, we proactively agreed to replace the seat frames. Additionally, to ensure your convenience, we provided a complimentary service loaner vehicle during the repairs.While your vehicle was being serviced, there was an unfortunate misunderstanding when Mrs. ***** picked up your vehicle without returning the service loaner. Upon inspection, we also discovered additional mileage on both the loaner vehicle and your vehicle. In addition, a missing EV battery charger was noted, and we were unable to recover the item at that time.When you returned to pick up your vehicle, ****** ******, our Service Manager, addressed the concerns regarding the leather seat and headrest issues. We assured you that the necessary adjustments would be made. At that point, ****** also informed you that we would no longer be able to provide a loaner vehicle for further repairs. We understand this may have been frustrating, but its important for us to maintain a standard of care and mutual respect in all interactions.We regret that you felt the need to take your business elsewhere and cancel your order for a 2025 Escalade IQ. We wish you the best in your future automotive endeavors and are genuinely sorry we were not able to meet your expectations.     DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They don't care if it's safe. They don't care if it needs major repairs. They don't care if you're happy with your purchase. They sold me a non-Cadillac used car that I have now poured $10,000 into for major repairs since January. In 8 months I have had three major repairs to get fixed. The first one happened only 5 days after purchasing it while driving on the highway with my children. The second repair was a major safety issue that if it had broken while driving I could have lost immediate control of the steering. Now we're on to the third which is mostly a wear and tear issue, but after having the first two already in just 8 months time I'm done. I have reached out to Patrick Cadillac and full disclosure they did help me with the first repair by cutting a $6,000 repair in half. They also "helped' me with the second by offering me $1,000 of a $3,000 repair. I of course had to call and voice my displeasure with having a third MAJOR repair and have been ghosted by P Cadillac. (No surprise) They had no business selling this car and putting it in the hands of a single mother with two young children. They are unethical and heartless and they are lucky the only thing that was hurt was my wallet!! They need to do better before someone dies!!

    I purchased a XTS in June of 2022. ***** was great. However I was asked for a $1,000.00 down payment which wasnt necessary. I would have rather purchased other features with that $1,000.00. I called several times it was the a pass around game . Nothing was resolved. So I assumed they were not going to refund me.

    I purchased a certified Pre-Owned XT5 from Patric Cadillac. My sales person was **** and the used car manager was ****. **** and **** are both great people to do business with. I had some issues that were taken care of promptly. I would recommend this team to anyone. Thank You
