    I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding a recent vehicle purchase from your business. On January 10, 2025, my husband purchased a Range Rover from your dealership. However, just two days later, on January 12, 2025, I encountered multiple issues while driving the vehicle with my children.During my third drive, the check engine light illuminated, and the truck began to shake significantly. I received a warning indicating that I needed to drive under 30 miles per hour due to suspension issues. Upon purchasing the vehicle, the only issue noted was a tire light being on, which we believed was a minor concern. Additionally, I informed my husband that the key did not unlock the door properly, and the sales representative suggested pressing it harder in which she knew was not the issue then proceeded to suggest someone that can fix it. It is unacceptable that a vehicle I purchased just two days ago is now unsafe to drive. I believe this situation is not only frustrating but also potentially illegal. I hope to resolve this matter promptly (refunding me my funds used to purchase) and ensure that other customers do not face similar experiences.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    ****** ***** purchased a 2009 ********** on 01/10/2025 but did not reach out about the vehicle having issues and dropped the vehicle off on 1/14/2025 and left the dealership. I would like nothing better than to resolve the concerns but we currently do not know the issue. We can check the vehicle in order to better be informed as how to proceed to address the situation. When we took the vehicle in on trade we did not have or detect any issues.

    I manage the establishment and was unaware of any communication. Nonetheless, we still have not checked the vehicle. How would the customer like to proceed, may I contact ****** ***** directly to resolve the issue?

    11/4/2023 purchased a 2013 Dodge avenger for my teenage son. Drove an hour away to test drive the car. Got the car home and it stopped working a couple hours later in our driveway reached out to the company three different ways and was not able to make contact with someone which was understandable because it was on the weekend. Reached out Monday spoke to *** and was told that she forwarded my message to the owner I waited with receive no response from the owner called again at 3 oclock. No one answered so I went to their website and left a ****** review 6 oclock yesterday evening on 11/6/23 I received a response from my ****** review, asking me to call them in the morning. Call them today 11/7/23 and was told by *** that I need to have the car towed to them. I reached out to the tow company and found out it would cost me over $400 to have the car towed back to **********. I reached out to *** again and let her know that I would not be having the car towed them and they could come pick the car up and it was in my driveway, I asked about my money and I was told that I took my ****** review down. I would not be getting a refund of my money. At 11:40 today I spoke to the owner name ****, who told me that he was doing me a favor by coming to get the car, and that again if I didnt take down my ****** review of their business, which was an accurate description of what took place that I would not get my money back , and then he told me that if I did not take the review down, there would be no more conversation and he hung up the phone. **** also previously stated that the car was going to an auction this weekend and was the information shared with me and I told him that it was not because *** never disclosed that the car was actually gonna be sent to an auction this upcoming weekend if I had known that I would not have bought the car. I want my money back and no more contact from this company. The fact that they want to blackmail someone to return their money.

    I paid ****** for a 2011 grand jeep Cherokee with ******* miles . The car broke down a week later I tried calling the place to see if there was something they could do they said Im stuck with the car . I call a year later talked to manager again Im still paying for a car I cannot drive . He called police on us lying to officers about how we threat him and said we had a gun never happened then 10 min later admitted he lied on video and told police he lied and that was the owner who did that . *******************. I do have it all on video I would like a trade for same value I paid and an apology for his racist and hateful comments .

    To Whom it may concern ,

    On June 20th 2023 , I spoke with this customer on the phone and had a very alarming conversation. Please see the attached documents showing they purchased  a vehicle almost 2 years ago AS Is / As shown with almost 198 thousand miles on it. Due to the time frame there is absolutely nothing we can do unfortunately. As the conversation progressed the customer became threatening and in this day and age to be safe we did the call police to protect our staff.
