    I went to the business 12/05/24 evening to have my driver tail light repaired. The manager (*****,**** according to caller ID) said it could be done in one day. Allegedly their card reader was offline so I was asked to pay in cash or Zelle. He quoted $750.00 and I paid through Zelle. Everytime I contacted the business for when the car was going to be done the finish date kept being moved by a day or two. From the next Monday, then Tuesday, then Thursday, then Saturday night, the the next Monday at 3:30PM, then Wednesday because the supplier "gave them the wrong part". I everytime I called, ******* said no one at their off site shop was picking up the phone or updating them. There was a claim that the car was being worked on and they were in the process of the quarter panel being removed. I was taken to the off site garage Saturday 12/14 and found my car tucked away in their lot untouched. This happened again Wednesday 12/18. Untouched. One day short of two weeks passing and no work was done. I reclaimed my car and the keys, and the manager claimed he would give a refund through Zelle Thursday 12/19 before the day ended. Everytime I called the business an employee said the manager would contact me and send the money before the day was over. They always say that he is probably just busy. Every time I have ever asked for an employee's name for reference they always changed the subject. The manger never called and has been "ghosting" and/or blocked my number. I checked the Yelp reviews and ******** reviews and apparently this is one of their scams since 2023.

    I purchased a vehicle February 8th 2024. It was a cash transaction for $7000.00 and a car trade in. I have the bill of sale but no title was given to me to date. When I check with the Illinois secretary of state there is no application for a transfer of title and there is a lien on the account with ***************. I would like the dealership to pay off the lien or refund my money. Thank you.

    I purchased a vehicle from Go Autos on February 5, 2024, and paid in full using Zelle. However, my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The very next day, my car began displaying various warning lights, from the check engine light to drivetrain malfunctions, and eventually broke down completely.Despite promises from the owner *************** of Go Autos Skokie to fix the issues, nothing was done. Instead, the car was reposted for sale on their website and car lot. Adding to the ordeal, I never received the title or plates. When I visited the **** I was informed that the dealer had floated the title but failed to pay the necessary fees.After three months of fruitless back-and-forth with the dealer, they issued a check for $8200.00 under the business name "Auto Mall," which was rejected by the bank for insufficient funds for an account that does not exista clear case of fraud. Subsequent promises of wire transfers were made, but none materialized. The dealer even attempted to refund small amounts via Zelle, but the promised remaining balance of $6700.00 never came through.Adding to the frustration, I discovered that Go Autos had changed its business name to a new LLC this year after operating under the name Klean Motorsports just last year.This experience is deeply troubling, and I urge others to avoid doing business with this deceitful establishment. I am demanding a full refund of the remaining balance of $6700.00 without further delay.

    On 3/8/2024 I paid go auto's 300 to deliver a 2007 ****** sienna to my home in ***** *********. They kept say they will mail a check and even send it venmo. Still nothing. I hired a auto transport company. Neptune auto and paid 450 to get it here. They still haven't sent the title to my bank RCU credit union. This place has no structure for a business.

    Yo saqu el carro en el dealer el ******************************* iba a mudar a un lugar *** horas de donde yo estaba viviendo y que quera un carro Bueno y con pocas millas y me dijeron que estaba bien ese carro y yo llegando *** donde me mud por trabajo me empez a fallar y ellos me dieron una garanta por dos aos que de hecho no pagaron y yo la quise reclamar y me dijeron que no estaba pagada que no poda arreglarlo habl al ****** y el dealer me dijeron que lo llevara que ellos lo iban a arreglar y ya pas casi un mes y an no lo arreglan y ya tambin si el primer pago ********* y me traen con pura mentira o hay veces que no me quieren contestar

    On Nov 3rd 2023 bough a car from go auto llc We picked out car online brought *********************** man took 5 hours to get ready because he said sitting Paid for **** sons first car They would not turn off car said it needed to warm up and replacement parts for a working radio would be ordered in a week Went to daycare shut off car had towed put money in it and still can't get car to run ?? Called secretary of state for title update and plates and they have no record from go auto sales We tryed to contact several times

    Financed a vehicle total **** July 2023 total money out of probably a Little over **** drive the car 4 months. Frame feel out from underneath car from being welded together cannot drive the car after to dangerous car us swerving all over the road

    In Sept. 23 my daughter sent me a listing ad she saw online for a 2008 Santa Fe at Go Autos. I & a friend drove 3 hr. to the dealership. I bought the car as is because the salesman said even as is, I was protected by ******** ************ protection if ANY issues were found when my mechanic inspected the car within 15 days of delivery or theyd take the car back. Repeatedly assured me of full protection. He was to drive the car to the freeway for me (Im a senior & dont like driving in strange ******* **** test drive it there. But he turned around & drove back to the dealership before getting to the freeway. I asked to at least test drive in a vacant lot next to the business. All I could do there was some slow figure 8s; major steering issues the car turned out to have werent apparent. Car wasnt shipped to me until after a week &a few calls to them. Had to jump it to even get it off the truck. Full tank of ************ manual they promised werent there, tank nearly empty. Had to jump car again to start it to get gas, but steering issues were apparent *** came back home. My mechanic found bad tie rod ends, ball joints, ************** oil ************* struts, battery, 3rd brake light, a number of lesser things &said the car wasnt even safe to drive. Total cost to fix ~$3500. I called the dealer numerous times. Calls werent answered or I was told only *********** could help, he was out & when to call back. No response to a few texts to his individual phone. Finally got him days later; he was rude, admitted dodging calls, accused me of harassment, refused to help. Took ~3 wk. after purchase to receive the title, then only sent because I told him to come get the car, without title I didnt own *** didnt want *** *** mentioned fraud. Turned out promised protections werent as hed said, covered only the oil pan. I believe the test drive was aborted &they were **************** car to me because salesman felt the steering issues& took advantage of a senior.

    ************************* took a $500 deposit for a vehicle. I did not qualify for the loan. He is refusing to refund the deposit. He also lied to my wife and told her she qualified for the loan when in fact the application was never submitted. When she came to the office and submitted the application she was also denied. At this time Go Autos refused to refund the deposit. They refused to give us copies of the documents. ******** also lied about the price of the vehicle stating it was 10K when in fact the paperwork said 17K.

    Brought on 10/11/2023 Paid ******* was told the Vehicle was in excellent shape with no problems which was lies they just wanted the money when wanted a refund and return the vehicle back couldn't get a call back a text just nothing...
