They do not do a deep cleaning by no means as they claim. They sent two people out that didn’t speak good English. One lady sat in the car smoking most of the time. They were a hour late and left early as scheduled. They trick you into signing a contract to give you a deep clean deal. This is a scam. Then sometimes no one showed up and I was billed. The owner is so unprofessional and argued she had signed timesheets. If my house is locked up and no one came? Seriously the deep clean was to mop and dust fans? I expect a deep cleaning. Than I cancelled the service. They continued to bill me. When I contacted the bank she sent them the contract. 6 months later they ran my card again. Than some black woman kept calling over and over threatening to sue me. They continue 2 years later to try and bill me. This place is shady. The cleaning lady that did come sat in my garage and smoked. Than sat and flirt with my boyfriend. I would stay clear of this company.Review from Cheyanne G

We used this company to clean our home before moving in. We were charged $500 and not provided the service that was promised. After they came to clean nothing was clean, so we asked them to return where still nothing was cleaned. We reached out letting them know that we were unhappy with their services and they basically said we were lying because they had pictures that showed the house was clean. Even though we had pictures that showed it was not. We had to clean the entire house ourselves. The mop water was black after I cleaned and I had a dustpan full of dirt that I swept up from the floors. The cabinets had cobwebs and dirt still in them. Overall the company did not take any accountability for their mistakes and wouldn’t even call me to talk about the problem. They would only speak to me over text. Very negative experience and even worse customer service. They did not live up to wait we agreed upon and did not make the situation right.
