            They are dishonest. They pray on peoples love for their animals and should have their license taken away. They quoted me $700-$1000 for a dental cleaning, than charged me $1400. It's criminal and should not be allowed.

            ***************************** came into the office on 2/27/2024 to drop off her dog Shakespeare for a dental procedure. At that time, she was provided with an estimate ranging from $749.01 to $1138.86. ***************************** signed this estimate along with a Surgery/Dental Consent Form. On this consent form, she chose the option that states I give permission to pull any loose or infected teeth while my pet is under anesthesia. I understand that any extractions and/or additional medications provided require an additional cost.  The final invoice for Shakespeare totaled $1419.96. During the dental procedure, it was found that eleven teeth needed to be extracted. This was more than originally thought, and is why the final invoice was more than the high end of the estimate. We do our best to stay within the quoted parameters, but at times there are reasons why the services cost more, such as is the case here. 

            In an effort to work with the client, *****************************, we are offering to refund the difference between the actual invoice ($1419.96) and the quoted amount ($1138.86). This amount is equal to $281.10. I have spoken to ***************************** to discuss this refund and she accepted. We provided a settlement agreement that she will come in to sign later this week. Once the settlement agreement is signed, the check refund of $281.10 will be mailed to the client.  I have attached the signed estimate, signed consent form and final invoice if needed.
