My package arrived sooner than I expected. American Sale notified me when package shipped and that delivery would be sooner. Very easy website to order product. My Oahu elite hot tub was leaking. The technician came out Sept 17th and identified that it was leaking at the led lens covers and that they all needed to be replaced, except the large one was not in stock. It told him to do them all at the same time when he gets ***** has been 2 months and the hot tub has been unusable since. You cannot talk to anyone about it, only texting. The recent reply (2 weeks ago) was that they are waiting on the 3.5" lens cover. I texted them yesterday and today and no reply. Bought a hot tub cover on June 14th. Told originally 4-6 weeks, we'll 15 weeks later on Sept. 30th finally got cover. Had to call them to get updated, gave me a loaner cover after 12 weeks. Overall terrible experience and am probably done with them.American Sale Corporation Response

The Manger at the ********** IL store was very knowledgeable on the pool products she sells. I was specifically looking for a 2-speed 1 - 1/2" ************** pool pump to replace my old one die to old age and I gave the specs equivalent to the previous pump I have. She found me an upgraded version that I had needed and then everything worked out great after that even for the value of the money I paid for. My items were shipped quicker than expected. Everything was very well packed with no damage. It was easy to see where my shipment was on their website. I will be shopping with them again as the prices were great, shipping was a little high but still was cheaper than buying from local stores that had the same items. They have the nicest high quality merchandise! We love the patio set we purchased!! We are now looking at the matching dining set. C.R. Plastics are not only beautiful, but will probably last forever and they are all weather so we don't have to worry about finding room to store them. American Sale in *********** is a disappointment. The extreme lack customer service, class and expertise in their field is unbelievable. As I read previous remarks, I realize many customers have the same experience. Regardless of the situation a blame always lands on the installer or the customer. ************** the general manager is generous with apologies, deflection of fault which is thrown at his own team members. We have been charged for worthless tech visits. One of th e worsts is the charge to our card with out authorization! American Sale in *********** can guarantees the customer is never correct, will absolutely incur extra expenses and years of frustration.American Sale Corporation Response

I sold my family owned business in ************************************************************** 1980. Poor *** *****..whomever is running your *********** location is going to destroy your name and business. This will be strike 2 working with the lying ******** you have taught your sales team. You are selling pools without inventory to complete them. I have had issues with the store service since my purchase of this $8,000.00 pool I purchased 2 weeks ago.. with a notorious lending company ***** Fargo which caught our attention immediately. Let's get started with you and American Sale.. I have the most professional contractors complete my installation in 1 day and get final approval for my permit.. on your side nothing but disaster since day 1. We received the entire pool package on a wrapped skid. First thing my installation crew noticed was the ladder was sent incomplete no exterior portion. So we call and asked service where it was. They told us they had no clue. After multiple tries they lied and said 2 days. I go to the facility in ****** and they said no inventory available for 3 weeks minimum. Pump came out of factory defective and 1 12 ft. Hose defective also. Still no answers to a conclusion 3 weeks later can't use pool at all. In conclusion If I ran my business like you do.. I would be out of business.. I am still considering bringing this to the attention of the court. Mr. &Mrs. *******American Sale Corporation Response
