    I brought my car to his house around 9:30 am on 12/14/2021 for a basic tune-up. when asked how long would it take ****** told me that it would take 2 hour to complete the work, so I left and waited 2 hours for the job to be completed and when called to ask ****** was the work completed he told me that he was at the doctor with his wife so give him another 1 hour. So that hour went passed I called again ****** then tell me that he was still at the doctor ****** with his wife and afterwards he had to pick his children up from school to give him a couple more hours to finish up with the work. I gave him a couple more hours then he stop answering the phone for me. I didnt get my car back from him until 8ish that night, my service engine light was still on and when I told him he hood it up to a machine and eared the codes. After leaving his house with my car I called and told him that my vehicle wasnt riding properly he told me to bring it back the next day, when I was on my way to take the vehicle back to him he told me that he couldnt get to it that day so h*** let me know when to bring it. I never heard from him and within a month in a half my motor went out.

    ID # ******** , we have no record's  of this customer.  I Believe why this person is making a false claim.
    Their is no warranty going back 9 months.  on a basic tune up..
    that would not warrant a failed motor.

    I met a so called mechanic by the the name of **************************, Owner to remove and replace windshield, and also transmission in my *** 525i. I gave ****** a deposit of $2,400 dollars cash to begin work. I was told my car would be fixed in 2 weeks. It is now been working on 3 months with no progress but the windshield. He has also giving my transmission to another mechanic to fix but that mechanic said the trans was so bad he wanted nothing to do with it. To add more problems they have lost my torque converter to my vehicle which ****** (the person who was responsible for the work on my car) gave them to repair but he says Im responsible for the missing of my torque converter. Meanwhile the other mechanic left me a message letting me know ****** the mechanic I let do the work was not being honest about the situation of the torque converter and that I was being scammed out my money and to file a fraud charge against ***************************. The police have also been called by me reporting the incident 1 month ago. ************************** wont release my vehicle or give me the remainder of my deposit back but still wont fix my vehicle. He has also threatened me with my employer leaving tons of text referring to trying to get me fired from my job.

    I performed the work that *********************** asked me to do on his **** *** 525i,   Vin # *****************.
    He left a deposit of $2400.  Then ***** asked me to do further work that has been completed and  is unwilling to pay for.
    There was a laundry list of things that needed to be done before the car could be driven away.
    On Friday the 17th of June he threatened via text to come on private property and remove his car with an  unpaid balance for  work that was performed,  he was also informed that same day,   that on the 18th of June he would start to incur storage fees of $25 / day.
    I believe that's why this complaint was made.
