            Compressor went out within 3 years, still under warranty and **** Heating has been approved for new Compressor and they are giving me the runaround about the outside temperature need to be about 70 degrees to install and ** the owner is still saying that he is waiting on his distributor for the product. It is going into the 3rd month and I still haven't received the Compressor.

            **** Heating & Air Conditioning worked with the ********* to resolve their issue. The compressor was out of stock at the supply house when the compressor failed. It took several weeks to get a new compressor. In my professional opinion, the ********* did not maintain the equipment and that is why the compressor failed. On October 24, 2023, we did replace the 2-ton Rheem compressor.
