    ordered a soclean2 machine for my cpap. returns available for 60 days for refund. they will only give store credit and not a refund. they said i should have researched compatibility before buying. my issue isnt being compatible, its that the soclean produces a dangerous and harmful ozone that is not only harmful to breath but also deteriorates cpaps. they refuse to refund and are forcing me to by more of their as seen on tv garbage they carry on the website.

    for Public health reasons Medical items are NON-RETURNABLE due to the nature of product.This is shown on the product page before purchase as well as a link for units compatibility. As a courtesy we accepted the return and issued a store credit. PulseTV is eating the cost of the machine as a courtesy to customers who change their mind after opening/using. We can not return or resell used Medical products. This policy only affects a couple of products we sell. All other products are returnable for refund. We apologize the customer is not happy with store credit but that is the most we can do for them if they no longer want the product.

    Great company to deal with. I ordered a set of hearing aids and wasn't sure how to set them up. I called their customer service and they walked me through it.

    I have ordered from ******** since 2016 & have never had a problem. Shipping is always very fast & if something did not work, they very promptly send a replacement without any hassle. Their customer service is excellent and goes above & beyond to resolve any issues. Their prices are very competitive & they have a huge array of items to offer.I would strongly recommend PULSE TV.

    I've never had a problem with *******. Deliveries always arrive in time and everything is as described. I've been a customer for several years and hopefully will be one for many years to come.

    This company sold me a shiatsu massager that broke and tore in a matter of 3 years. This company stated that the product was genuine leather when it fact it was not real leather. The company would not do anything in good faith and the manufacturer would not either. I used to order things from them and rarely had a problem and when I did, they fixed it. This time they would not take any responsibility. Immediately closed my account and would no longer order from them again.

    Hi *******,We hate to lose a good customer; But we can not guarantee anything for life. We go way above and beyond for our customers (as you noted). We will extend the 60 day return policy up to a year; after that we would refer you to the manufacturer. We also work with a warranty company where you can purchase an extra year . but as you said it has been 3 years. Again Sorry to see you go but there is nothing more we can do for a purchase from 3 years ago.

    PilseTv offered their customers that they give away an earbud for free so long as ee cover for the shipment. The shipment cost for the tiny package was $11.98. The earbud functions only when it's 100% charged. Few minutes of operation it starts loosing connection and starts chopping. I wrote a review at ******* website. I expressed my disappointment with the device and *******. No wonder that they are giving it away. This device has no value. It does not work. They never published my review. Any legit business will post any honest review of a verified purchaser. But not *******. How is it possible that other customers make decision if only able to view 4 and 5 stars review? Where are the true and honest reviews.

    The review was not a review of the product it was about the store so really a need for customer service.  Which we would then handle the issue. We only post actual reviews of the product (positive or negative) You were refunded the shipping costs you paid because your earbuds did not work.  We have been selling these for years and sold hundreds. All manufacterers have defects; You judge the store by how they handles the issue.  I am sorry you received a defective pair. ******* will always rectify with customer satisfaction as soon as we know of the issue.  Always call if you have any questions or problems.

    Cell phone charger cords fell apart within two months. They counted date of order instead of date of delivery which was over two weeks from date of order as part of their 60 day refund as if the were doing me a favor. The shipping to me was $7+. They want me to pay shipping back of two junk items to get a credit not to my credit card because they said there were laws but for a future purchase which would maybe equate to $10 in the end. Considering I wont buy anything from ******* again its worthless. Thats the game. Shady. Selling Knock off junk and making money on shipping fees. Be careful. I do not recommend

    Hi ****,I am sorry for the unusual experience. This is not our usual. We pride ourselves in great customer service. 1st at Christmas our return policy is extended. and Normally we would offer you a store credit for the product and you do not need to return. Which is what I am doing today. You do NOT need to send the items back. Sorry the cords fell apart. We've sold these for a while and never had that happen. All MFG have defective, but how the store handles it is how you judge the store.Again I apologize and will email you through your order showing the store credit.

    I was giving the umbrella that goes in your windshield to keep the heat out which it does great there but I've had it since Christmas and I've only used it maybe 10 times. The umbrella is coming apart. I can't use it anymore because it's going to scratch my inside of my car.
