We purchased two anti-burglary French doors from Domadeco ($6K each) and weve had nothing but problems. ***** tried to deliver the doors to us but they only sent one driver. The driver said that he expected us to have a forklift and that there was no way to get the doors off the truck without help. So he had to take them back and wait to re-ship them until our builder was available to meet at our house and help offload them from the truck. When our builder was finally able to install the doors, I noticed that one of the doors has a seal thats pushed into the framework. I contacted Domadeco to ask for assistance, and they sent me a video showing how to take the entire seal off the door and replace it. Theres no way Im taking these doors apart! Then, a couple weeks passed, and the middle pain of one of the doors completely cracked! Our builder contacted Domadeco and was told that they would send a pane of glass for our builder to swap out. Ridiculous! Im not paying my builder to take doors apart and fix them. Considering how much these cost, they should be replacing the doors. So my builder contacted them again to let them know what the expectation is, and now theyre no longer being responsive. if I dont hear something soon and this company isnt willing to work with us, I will be writing a complaint to the Attorney generals office for starters.

I purchased two Fargo 26C doors last year. One works to perfection but the second one seems to stick a lot and cant figure out why. It is almost impossible to open it at times, I have adjusted it many times and while I am able to fix it temporarily, after a few months, it starts sticking again. Any ideas what the problem may be?

I purchased an expensive Sta Gutenburg front door recently. Unfortunately it doesnt seal, and wind blows in through sides of the door, despite weather strips supplied that was professionally installed. No response from company despite my complaint! STAY AWAY

Awful company. Sold us a door that is warped and gets worse with change of temperature. Not getting back to us despite multiple efforts on our end to resolve the situation. Hands off!
