I made a transfer to my checking account. My account was closed, instead of rejecting the deposit the ** transferred it to a savings account with no access to transfer or remove the funds. They than withdrew the funds to make a payment to a credit card. I called several times to resolve this issue. They intentionally deposited my funds to a account that I didn't authorize, in order to steal them for their own agenda.

On November *******, I noticed a random charge of $999.00 that was pending. I called Baxter Credit Union the same day to dispute charge and they said they will look into it. I did not hear back so I call again on 11/21/2024, was informed case was denied because my debit card was used and since I paid money to ****** in past it must have been me. I informed them my ****** account has been locked since April. I sent proof of my account locked and that I had zero transactions on my end. I called ****** and the verified there was no withdrawal of $999.00. I informed Baxter of this and they still denied my claim and refused to look into it. I told them ****** willing to talk to them to verify Im telling truth but they will not believe me. They will not allow ****** to verify the money was not sent to or from me. That they have no records of this transaction at all. I called again on December 19 to Baxter Credit Union and they said a supervisor would contact but the person never called. December 23 I called again to have this looked into and they said theyll open case but theyre only going to close it because my debit card was used to ****** like in past. I pointed out thats not true, all my previous transaction was ACH instant transfer while this one was a debit card transaction. They said it doesnt matter if the transaction do not look the same they still will not investigate it.

BCU #*********** BCU #**************** Before my hardship, I was a loyal customer for almost 12 years. During my hardship, I had a balance that was charged off. Months ago I contacted Baxter Credit Union to inform them of the **** VIOLATIONS on my report for the accounts. The Violations were never addressed and they informed me my accounts were sold to different companies and I needed to pay. No regard to the **** VIOLATIONS. Baxter Credit Union, no longer has my consent to give out my information and they don't have my written consent. Any consent previously obtained whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written or otherwise is revoked. Baxter Credit Union, never informed me of my right to utilize the nondisclosure agreement. Baxter Credit Union should not have given out any information relating to accounts to any consumer reporting agency because I know my accounts are reporting the information inaccurately. I have the right to opt out of the information Baxter Credit Union obtained at any time. I am opting out of your reporting services. I repeat, I AM OPTING OUT. I no longer have business with your company since Baxter Credit Union has sold my information to other agencies. I demand for Baxter Credit Union to delete the credit report accounts and I will do business with the collection companies only.

I have a loan with *** due on the 25th each month. I paid late last month on 9/24 and was due again on 9/25 but did not go past the 30 days. Then on Friday the 27th I get an email stating my payment was rejected for ***. I contacted my bank who confirmed not possible as funds were there. I contacted *** via number listed on email. I was told they see nothing on their end an to disregard, payment is fine. I expressed concerns if payment is kicked back I will go 30 days pay due. Again told to disregard but keep eye on payment. *** said nothing is ***orted credit bureau until the 1st so if It kicks back I can make payment on Monday 9/30. I monitored it all weekend there was nothing. On Monday morning checked again there was nothing. Figured it was ok. Later in the day I check my checking account and notice payment has not been drafted so I log on to *** and check. So on the EVENING on the 30th they returned the payment. I immediately made another payment but since it was after cut off it did not post until 10/1. They proceeded to ***ort me 30 days past due on credit ***ort. This was all done very shady. I have proof of phone calls and asked them to correct the ***orting. The *** I spoke with agreed and submitted the request; I received an email today saying none of this occurred and their ***orting is correct. Again I have proof this happens as does ***. This is no way to conduct business, and I have never been 30 days past due. I would like this corrected to the credit bureaus.
