    This complaint is against Unique Insurance *** the carrier, not Talro Insurance, the agent. ****************** had a medical statement completed by her physician. We forwarded the medical statement received from ****************** to Unique Insurance Co. They reviewed the statement and determined it was unacceptable due to the medication ****************** currently takes, which can adversely affect her ability to operate a motor vehicle. The policy was cancelled by Unique,effective 05/08/2023.

    ****************** was charged for the time she was insured and received a correct refund. We also received a money order from ******************, which we were not able to apply because of the cancellation. That money order was returned to *******************

    I received the policy of on 328 for automobile insurance from Tyro Insurance Company because of my age or medication I'm taking which I do not take when I drive they canceled my insurance and they only gave me a refund of $200 I believe $34 altogether I put down $526 I want all of my money back for this cancellation that was not my fault my payments were made on time did they cancel me because I'm 75 that's discrimination I believe I'm a good

    ******************** started her policy on 03/28/2023 through Talro Insurance, the agent and with Unique Insurance *** the carrier. ****************** had a medical statement completed by her physician. We forwarded the medical statement received from ****************** to Unique.
