In 2024, my landlord sold to this business. My lease was up June 2024 and an attempt to review the lease was made and with it enough time to review, I was told the lease could t leave the office. I was offered to sign the new lease and the information was printed in the lease and my current lease was not up. The receptionist was very nasty and rude. Then, at my lease end I began to find mold everywhere. My son is asthmatic and so am I in addition to me having chronic sinus issues. I removed him from the home. I was ignored until I sent photos and a text letting them know I was informed by the office that everyone gets the **** and its a matter of who responds first. I was told by the owner we thought you moved because you dont have a current lease. We need to get a lease signed but no mention of the mold. Then I was emailed by the owner and maintenance was sent and said he did t see anything. I showed him that the walls were clear because its airborne and proceeded to show him the items that were molded from the closet, the tub that had mold all around itshe scrapped the sealant then resealed but said he couple at the walls. The mold was even in my freezer. I asked if I could use my security to move and was told no but asked me on a Tuesday if I could be out by the weekend and its not legal but I did. I had to leave work several days. My sons Asthma got worse and so did mine and no security was ever returned to me.

    Good Morning,

Your security deposit was applied to July 2024 rent as you were occupying the unit but failed to pay rent for that month. Your lease expired 6/30/24.

We are in the process of selling our house. The sellers are asking for the ********************** (HOA) bylaws. We reached out to the company that oversees our HOA to get a copy of the bylaws. The company told us that we need to pay $100 to get a copy of the bylaws. The bylaws posted on the website are from 1995 and the company confirmed that they are no updated. The HOA/this company are requiring that a homeowner follows these bylaws but will not release what the bylaws are without paying $100.Today 8-16-2024 we had to pay the $100 to get the bylaws because we cannot sell without them.Requiring someone to follow bylaws but not telling someone what the bylaws are without payment makes no sense
