The location at 85th stony has a point system and its fraud! They never let me collect my points when I visit and its a SCAM to try and earn $5 after earning 100 points that you never receive credit or points when you purchase. Very unethical program.Review from Tanya H

Jjs fish and chicken has horrible costomer service. I went there at the location in ******** ** on **************** on Friday January 13th like around 7:30 p.m after I place an order over the phone. The cashier was so unprofessional and extremely rude. I checked in with my name to pick up my order and he gave me my total. While he went to check if the chicken was ready, I was preparing my money with the dollar amount and the change. I put the change on top of the dollar bills so they dont rolled away on the counter. He then came over and insisted that I place the money in his hand. I told him I already set it there with no motive but to make it easier for him to pick up. He insisted with this very serious look on his face. I then ask him if he was joking he said no. Then he cancelled my order as a result. Hes from a different country. So not sure if its a cultural thing. And my mother-in-law had a star of ***** medallion on. so as we got home we were thinking why did he behave that way? Im not sure if thats the reason for his behavior which is even worse and which is unacceptable. Im not professional at all. Never going back there again. I went next-door to ******* and get my chicken in a timely manner, and with much respect. I was very furious.Review from ALVITA C

I just wanted you to know that there is a location in ******* on ************************************************************************. This location is selling substandard meals to your customers. Example: I went there on February 23rd and spent $33.23, the catfish was so small that I don't even know if it was catfish nuggets or not. The chicken was so dry, it was the worst. I've purchased JJ's Fish and Chicken in ******** and it is nothing like that here. Just wanted you to know.
