Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns on all products are accepted for up to 60 days unless they are special orders. If you are not sure whether your parts are returnable, please contact us first.
Torsion Springs. All the springs in our torsion spring database program are returnable. Special order springs that are not returnable include commercial and industrial springs with diameters over 2 1/4" and obsolete Bar Col and Crawford torsion springs with 1 13/16" and 1 25/32" inside diameters.
Extension Springs. The only extension springs that are returnable are the 25" springs for seven foot high doors and 27" springs for eight foot high doors. One piece garage door extension springs are not returnable.
Parts can be returned for up to 60 days if the item is in its original condition. The customer pays for the original shipping as well as for shipping to return the product. In order to receive credit, items must be returned to DDM Garage Doors, 1092 Carolina Dr. Unit 5, West Chicago, IL 60185, even if the products were shipped from one of our suppliers at a different location. If the customer refuses the shipment, the cost of returning the parts to our supplier, and also to West Chicago will be deducted from the credit.
