  There isn't a way to pick a local headquarters for the business but there are 2 Usagain bins at *************************************** that are perpetually full. When I try to request a pick up on their website, it is broken (keeps asking to fill in all spaces but they are filled in). I have a couple of old email addresses from trying to get help with previous problems. I used these emails last time the bin was full but never heard back. Business has been a nuisance for many years. Attracting homeless going through items on private property and bottom feeders who try to pull donated items out of the bins to flip or use themselves. Usagain is lucky the city of ******* is incompetent at holding law breakers accountable. Their bins often have donate-able and non donate-able items "strew" all over the private and public property. It's supposed to be only shoes and clothes but people use it as a free dump, leaving mattresses, lawn mowers, home/kitchen electronics, toys, you name it. I have tried to work with the business to keep down the dump items it attracts. Just tired of the illegal dumping and eyesore and not getting anywhere with complaints to the city and the business over 5 + years.
