***** came out to do a presale inspection on our house on March 15 2024. We paid him by check and he said that he would get our report to us. A week later we reached out to him he said) mail on March 20th) that he was waiting to hear back from a friend about our balcony railing inside our house report will be finished and will send us a link to the final product. ON March 22nd ***** emailed us that he received his information and was finishing our report this weekend. Then March 29th said thought the website published it would check the email might of had it wrong. April 1st I sent that I check my trash and still have not received anything please send to my husbands work email. April 2nd we reached out to him if the report was finished no reply. After this we have not heard anything from ***** Conrad via email. April 12th my husband (****) called ***** ( **** called on an other phone than his phone used a phone at work) and ***** picked up said he was in the hospital and problems with his net work. I followed up with an email on the 19th to ***** asking for the report if everything was okay - no response. April 27th another sent email to ***** asking about the report and reminding him he cashed our check for payment $625 on March 27. Last week **** finally got a hold of ***** (***** never returns phone calls it seems) and ***** told him we would get the report last weekend, **** reached out yesterday again left another message.***** cashed our check as I said on March 27th. One time when **** got a hold of *****. ***** asked if we wanted a refund or the report. **** replied the report you did the work we would like the report. We are tired of waiting since March 15 it has been over two months. I hope that some one could help us get this resolved. I am beginning to wonder if he ever did the report.I can send email will have to get them for you if needed.
