DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY CRASH CHAMPION LOCATIONS. Read all the reviews on **** and ****** of people taking their cars to various locations of Crash Champions for bodywork and leaving with more issues than when they dropped it off. They do not take any responsibility for their careless and inadequate technicians - and this is all the way up to the director of operations in ** (hey *****, what up - you need about 8 years of customer service training before you ever talk to a customer again). Condescending, gaslighting, absolutely egregious behavior from customer service desk all the way up to the top. I'm trying to save you time, money, and infinite headaches and stress. EVERY. SINGLE. LOCATION of Crash Champions is absolute garbage. Do not do business with this company!!!!!!!! Shady, irresponsible, careless, and a never-ending headache that at this point will likely end in a lawsuit.Crash Champions, LLC Response

Car wreck took a month to finish. It was done at 1 pm on Friday. I work till 5. I must pick up by 5. Horn doesn't work. Never detailed car. Wax everywhere Makes clicking noises. They paid 3 days in a rental told me I had to bring back they weren't paying for it anymore. Came back Xmas eve ordered **** gotta come back again. Told me take my noises to **** General manager was not good. My car does not perform or drive the same. Please shut them down.Crash Champions, LLC Response

There were a few hiccups however I'm a satisfied customer. The price for extras comes with a heavy markup. I feel like the 25% markup for rim touch up and $414.00 battery that was like new that drained in their care, was a total money grab off the poor guy that rear ended me insurance paid 1/2 for was a crazy addition. (Me for the rims. Insurance for that severely over priced battery. As soon as I picked up the car, I took the car to my ***** servicer and was told no alignment done even though I had my rims refurbished and re painted. They are all the same price gougers. Communication can be tightened up. The light that shines bright in the office is ******. She's the reason I took my car there. I should have asked for her when I called because when I spoke to everyone else I ended up like "duh" with no true answers and a bunch of mumbles. 5 stars to her for excellent customer service!Crash Champions, LLC Response

Never again! When this place was still 'Service King' they were great... this experience was just an exercise in frustration. I brought my car in for service on Nov 4th, and it was promised back to me on November 13th, with a cost of about $3500. Now I DO understand that estimates are 'estimates', and customers need to be a little flexible, but this was beyond acceptable... My final cost turned out to be around $4100 - that's not good, but what was worse is, I didn't get my car back until Dec. ****** was understood when I dropped off the car that insurance wasn't covering this, and I'd have no rental. As a result, this delay severely affected my work availability and cost me about $1200-$1400 in lost wages.[I'm an industrial A/V tech and I'm required to have reliable transportation in order to accept a gig. I CAN'T rely on ride share or public transport in this industry. Again, my job and my need for personal transportation was FULLY disclosed when I delivered the car on Nov. 4th. This also negatively affected my reputation for availability with the companies I work for. My bosses were sympathetic the first time I said "my car is out of service until Nov 13th" but, that same excuse is not accepted when I'm expected back at work starting on Nov 14th. They just don't want to hear the same excuses again.] I'm seriously considering legal action...Five days after dropping my car off, the service advisor no longer was working for the company. I don't know if he was fired, or he just bailed out on a shoddy operation, and I'm sure I'll never know. It took the new advisor a long time to even touch my car (I'm guessing he was overwhelmed by more than one new assignment, but that's an optimistic guess on my part - He was VERY difficult to contact, but when I did finally talk to him, he seemed to try harder). The only ray of sunshine was the woman who answered the phone, named ****, who I sincerely believe did TRY to move things along for me.Crash Champions, LLC Response

They take forever to do the work. Seven weeks to replace to window and do paint repairs from hurricane damage(roof shingles fell on the car).They say theyll call you back and never do. Avoid this placeCrash Champions, LLC Response

Had the absolute worst experience with this place (******* location). The blind spot monitors in my car stopped working after they installed a side view mirror, and they keep promising me on the phone to connect me with the service to get it calibrated, but despite my many calls, I'm yet to receive any information about that. They installed only one mirror, and the blind spot monitors on BOTH SIDES are now not working. They told me it'll be an additional $400-500 to get them calibrated. When I asked them when they gave me an estimate and why this number wasn't included, they said on the phone "they didn't know". Isn't that the purpose of an estimate? I had to call them four times after I collected my car because they never got back to me about getting the monitors calibrated, and the lady at the front desk kept having the worst attitude with me despite my patience and kindness. They even forgot to put the back plate on the mirror until I noticed it before I drove off. I have been so understanding, mistakes happen, we can't anticipate everything, okay. But they've just been s******* me over and taking advantage of my patience. At least they could've offered me a refund or communicated well. Long story short, if you ask them to do a repair you're paying out of your pocket, don't waste your money here.Crash Champions, LLC Response

Worst company, my son taking the car over two fix after have a accident, they told him need to replace two tires two wheels and need alignment, they ***e the job in may of 2024 the car was pursed same year brand new car, after six months the front tires are completely gone like no reason, just because they do not do the job well or the alignment is wrong or is any part of the car is not good enough, my son car is not safe to drive no, the way that they did a jobs is criminal, they can cause and accident my son life was in risk, just because they do not work the. Right way, and after I make reclamation to the place and spoke with the ** with manager and any one care about. It, please be aware to use this place, I am so disappointment the lady manager of ********* location, she ***t how to treat people is very rude, and show to use very bad attitude, please *** not use this shop again .Crash Champions, LLC Response

There was a mix-up regarding payment for my vehicle repairs from my insurance company. Once I was made aware, my insurance called them hours later to let them know a check was on the way. After receiving this call from my insurance, ***** proceeded to call me, demanding payment and making threats if payment was not immediately received. I took my vehicle to have it repair at CRASH CHAMPIONS in ************** on October 22, 2024 because someone had it my car while parked. I was informed that it was ready on October 24, 2023. It was ready alright! A few things I was told would be taken care of. Well, it wasn't! Picked up my vehicle and to my surprise, it was driven 4 miles and the SUNROOF was open and certainly not closed AND the BACKSEATS were down!! My radio was on another station and SUPER LOUD when I picked it up! I guess they failed to close the sunroof and put my backseats back up! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANYTHING THEY DID!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!Crash Champions, LLC Response
