A pattern was completed and closed in 2022 / 2023 but has reverted to the same trends since the beginning of 2024.  BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning: - Delivery Issues, Refund Issues and Responding issues

    Was charged for socks that you oversold on, never received refund. Sent countless emails and no response. Ive replied to the generic email response saying that you oversold and waiting to hear from me either to get refund or replacement which I replied to numerous times I want my money. I will never order again refund my $28 for the product I didnot receive. There are numerous complaints on ******** of not replying to emails just a generic response being overwhelmed from Christmas orders which I didnt get my order intime for Christmas. I have contacted my credit card company as well for you overcharging me.

    My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed. My credit card company got my money back. I want customers to know how difficult it was trying to communicate with PACAS. There are many people complaining on their ******** website about having the same issue of being charged for partial orders and lack of communication from customer service.  Deleting bad customer reviews from their website posting 5 star review which is false information misleading the customer.

    I placed an order on Nov. 29, 2024 for 12 pairs of socks totaling $140.44. The package delivered to me on Dec. 7, 2024 contained 9 socks total with multiple pairs being incorrect sizes and colors. Of the 12 I ordered I only received 5 correct pairs. I have contacted the company 3 different times- with the initial attempt being made on Dec. 7, 2024. I have received nothing but automated responses back stating that a representative will be in touch. I have received no further assistance from the company.

    On December 18th 2024, I please order number ******. The order included two packages of socks and one long sleeved top. The order arrived but did not include the sweater. I contacted PACAS via online customer support page on December 28th, 2024, January 5th, 2025 and again today January 17th. I have not had a single response back from the vendor other than the automated response. The cost of the sweater was $65USD.

    I bought 3 packs of 4 pairs of socks ($130 on sale) on Dec 30. They arrived on Jan 4. It was quick order fulfillment and shippingbut only 2 packs arrived in my package (it was tightly sealed and definitely not a big enough bag for another pack, so not an error in shipping. I emailed them on the morning of the 6th, expecting Id at least hear back to facilitate a resolution that day. I didnt hear back by the next afternoon so I sent another email checking in. I hadnt heard back by the end of that week, so I filled out a contact form. Still, nothing back on Monday the 13th so I emailed them a final time letting them know it would be my last attempt at contact before filing a dispute with my bank. Its the 15th and I still havent heard anything, so Ill be filing a dispute tomorrow. Whats when worse, is that they continue to have shes sales, and I am inundated every day with text messages and emails about their sales. Yet no one can respond to a paid customer about unfulfilled merchandise! Ive also seen many comments on their FB ads from people complaining of the same thing!

    I purchased some Pacas socks for gifts on 12/16/24. I paid a total of $117.23 for 3 four packs. When my package arrived I was shorted one four pack of socks. I tried reaching out through email that day and got no response back. I have emailed two more time with no response. I tried calling the only number I found online with no answer. After looking for information online, several customers have mentioned the same issue with no resolution.

    Placed order online for a pkg of mens socks and a package of womens socks. Received the mens socks, never received the womens socks. I reached out to Pacas support, they acknowledged they received my complaint but its been over a month and they have not addressed the complaint. I either want what I ordered or my money returned.

    On 12/12/2024 I ordered one four-pack and one three-pack of socks in a single order. When the shipment arrived, three of the four pairs from the four pack were included, but not the fourth; and the three-pack was never sent at all. These socks are very expensive, and I paid in full for seven pairs of socks to only receive three pairs. I have emailed the company four separate times, and tried calling the number available on ******. There has been no response at all to any of my emails, and nobody ever answers the phone. An automated message states the telephone customer service hours, but the message plays 24 hours a day and nobody ever answers the phone. There is no way to leave a message.

    On December 11, 2024, I ordered items on the Pacas website - all Christmas presents. My Order was confirmed online by Pacas that day #******. The total was Total $131.54 USD. On Dec. 22, I received a completely wrong order. Instead of receiving 9 pairs of socks, of which 6 were to be Womens, I received 6 pairs of socks - all which are Mens socks and none being the Mens socks I ordered. I have now seen online that this is a common scheme used by Pacas. Just tossing in random socks and mailing them to you.. I have emailed them (12/22/24, 12/27/24, 1/4/25), have called and left a message, left them a bad review on their survey with details regarding this, have Direct Messaged them on Instagram and have made complaints on their socials but have heard nothing back about resolving this matter other than a confirmation they received my emails. I continue to get promotional emails from them saying "Here's your 40% Discount Code" and it makes me so infuriated that others will be scammed the same way as I was. At the least, I want a full refund for this purchase to the debit card I used.     I DID NOT receive the following items from the attached order:3 Pack -Women's Low Cut Pacas Socks x 2 Small/Medium (US 5-8)/Orchid **************************************** & ALPACA/Purple **** ***** $56.00 I have emailed three times and left a voice message. I have received no response whatsoever. I would love to have the socks, but will settle for a $56 credit to my original form of payment.
