Terrible service. Walked in ready to purchase a vehicle and was told I wouldnt be able to because of an out of state drivers license. After some time at the dealership, the salesman told me he wouldnt be able to sell me a vehicle because of a policy they have. They said their policy didnt allow them to properly title a vehicle without a current address on a DL. Being in the military, I move quite a bit and have a valid DL from a previous state I lived in. I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years with this drivers license and never had any issues because I was able to provide proof of my current residence for tax and titling. But the salesman flat out said they couldnt help me and didnt allow me to explain my situation. Either theyre lazy and didnt want to do the work or didnt take me seriously as Im a ***** *** with multiple tattoos and was accompanied by a family member who also has multiple tattoos. We dont necessarily look like the average person in Oakbrook. I went on to buy a vehicle the same day at a different Toyota. Only difference is this other dealership had competent people working there.Review from Glen R

Watch out they dont live up to their word. *** ove 6 months and still waiting for a part to be installed that is in sale paper work. Even charge $10000 over misapplied to get car and that is how they treat you so be carfullReview from EDGAR C J

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Camry XSE on October 26, 2022 and was told the second set of keys would take a while. I have been calling and texting and was told by salesman *************** Toyota has not come to a decision yet. I would not have bought this vehicle if I knew that and what if I am carjacked and they find the car how would I retrieve it with no other keys. This is ridiculous. I will never buy another one. My down payment was $24,000 and this is what they think of the customer
