            My daughter received services at this salon and was overcharged beyond the stated price listed in the store's menu. When she tried to ask for explanation of fees, the owner was unwilling to provide a valid explanation and dismissed her by walking away and then threatening to call the police if she did not comply to the charges. She felt bullied and threatened by this individual and paid the charge in order to feel safe and leave the establishment. I called and spoke to this employee/owner who was extremely rude, impatient and harassing. He falsely reported that the technician provided my daughter with a quote before the services were rendered and that my daughter approved. This was absolutely not true as she would have not agreed to this over price because: 1) her friend had the same service done 1 week earlier for the store listed price of $65 not the $90 that my daughter was charged.2) she had funds only to cover the expected price therefore she could not have "agreed" to pay more.3) the employee/owner never mentioned this claim that she "pre-approved charges" and only said this to me when I called in. It was very apparent that he was not being honest as the details of this agreement were very inconsistent. 4) ************ and specifically this location has multiple reviews and that state similar conduct of overcharging, refusal to provide valid explanation and harassing behavior by this individual.
