Started to buy a garage, everything seemed fine. Then codes said we couldn't build. Reached out and they said no problem. Fill out this form and get your deposit back. Then said it was to late we could only use the deposit as a credit. Tried to get a carport out of it and now they said we could only use part of the 3k deposit on the carport, as a deposit can only be used as a deposit, not as a payment. This place is a big scam!!! Run from them...

We give all of our customers 90 days to pull permits, or if they get denied a full-refund. In this case, the customer has not pulled a permit or been denied. We are still able to put this building up in order to get them installed. You are able to use your credit of deposit towards another purchase of equal or greater value, and we have reached out to help in that instance. Thank youReview from Brandon C

We researched several businesses for our building, and we are so grateful that we chose to go with Big Buildings Direct. Not only was this option the best bang for the ***** but the entire process from working with **** ******* to design our custom needs; to the construction crew that they provide was flawless and so easy to do. From the minute I inquired about a building and was contacted, everyone was incredibly helpful, answered my many many questions, and worked with us to help us get exactly what we were looking for! The construction crew paid such attention to detail and did an incredible job through the entire process, we were greatly impressed with their work ethic and their attention to detail. Thanks Big Building Direct and **** for making this process so simple and such an incredible experience. We had a great experience with Big Buildings Direct. All the challenges came from the county. If I were ever to do this again, I would check with the county before contacting Big Buildings Direct. The regulations vary from county to county. When everything was said and done, we got a really nice 28 x 50 building with a crew that did an outstanding job of installation. Big Buildings Direct was very responsive to my emails, texts and phone calls. I would definitely use them again.Review from Austin C

Big Buildings direct came off very friendly but are not transparent what so ever. they made a mistake which was going to cause a 10% cost increase in the building. I was not ok with this, so issued a cancellation i would have issued earlier had a known the details. Instead Big Buildings Direct says they will not refund my 15% deposit because its been more than 72 hours. Its over 72 hours because of them!Review from Thomas O

We found Big Buildings on line after getting prices from other companies. We were pleasantly surprised with the price from Big Buildings Direct. Everyone was professional and very helpful during the whole process. It only took three days to construct the 30 x 70 building and the crew was very efficient. Working with Big Buildings Direct was a pleasant experience. My son had a building erected by them and was pleased with the outcome. The ordering and planning process for my 36 x 40 garage was simple and informative. Once the permitting was complete, they were quick to get my structure fabricated.The crew that showed up to erect the building were some of the hardest workers I have ever met. They worked sunup till sun down and they knew their stuff. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend to anyone looking to have a metal structure erected to look no farther than Big Buildings Direct.***
