  I have bought an ** unit from Keefe HVAC in September 2022.. They only replaced the ** unit outside. They never replace any connections or Ac lines in the Furness room. After they installed it. I could never reach them. Tried to call the owner's son "****" and he never get back tome. Talked to the owner and he was very angry with me regarding a concern with the installation. They keep on refusing to provide me with any warranty paperwork or document regardless of how many times I asked. They put a sticker on the new ** that it needs to be maintained twice a year to keep the warranty valid. Tried to schedule a tune-up with them on line and never got a response. Called the owner and he said that he will get back to me in 5 minutes, and never heard from them again till now.

  My boiler went out so I responded to one of KeefE HVAC's ads on ********* They came to my house, looked over the project and we ended up entering into an agreement for a $15k new boiler and install. Given the amount involved I had to finance the amount.**** Keefe and his team put the unit in and from day 1 it never once functioned correctly. For months I chased them to fix the unit and I was given excuse after excuse as to why it didnt work. Of course they already had my money so they barely did anything to actually try to fix it. Ultimately I found out that the reason the unit didnt work correctly is because these jokers installed it completely wrong and I had to pay another contractor thousands more to put it in correctly. Now Im out a ton of money because these people have no idea what they are doing.I demand this company pay for the additional money I had to pay to correct their work.

  On 08/21/2020 Keefe HVAC installed a ox4 Respiration uv light costing a total of $1,000 The purpose of this equipment was for air purification indoors to reduce the harmful micobials & pathogens that travel and infiltrate through air and common contact surfaces. This was attached alongside a new home furnace that was also installed by Keefe HVAC. After 12 months it was supposed to be replaced for a new one, but because of COVID we were informed to expect a delay for this to occur. For over a year and after the pandemic settled down we were not able to get a replacement for the ox4 Respiration uv light. When we attempted to reach Keefe HVAC by phone we were told that they would send someone to replace it or that they have not received shipment of said product because of the pandemic, these excuses continued on for over a year. We were lied to when they informed us that someone attempted to replace it but no one was home. We waited patiently the whole day only to be lied to by **** from Keefe HVAC. We attempted to contact Keefe HVAC by email twice explaining our situation but we never received a response. It was not until February of 2022 when after an angry conversation between **** and myself that they finally sent someone to replace the ox4 Respiration uv light, but we were informed that it was a temporary one for the meantime and would be replaced for the actual one later. To this day we still have not received the actual ox4 Respiration uv light replacement and are still waiting for a response.
