Ordered flag in 2021. Not delivered. Nothing refunded. No phone calls returned. Total scam.

This company is a fraud and a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I placed an order on 6/29/23. I even texted them regarding the different finishes and which one was best, and they responded! As soon as they took my money from AMEX, they disappeared. Today, 9/19/23 and still no delivery, and no response from my phone calls, emails, and texts. This company is definitely a fraud and scam to steal your money. The previous phone number is out of service. They have a new number which is same zip code and 471-8266. I wish there was another way to get the word out to would-be buyers. BBB should have the authority to knock on their door and bring them to justice. They are basically stealing people's money.

I purchased an ******** wooden flag for my husband November 27, 2021. I have not received the product. After many many attempts to contact the company I have not received a response, refund, information. Just like all the other complaints. I got on their email list and was sent advertising daily. When they found out who I was they removed me. I cant believe they are still selling flags.

I ordered a flag in June have not received. Better yet they don't even have the courtesy to return your call or text. Making it hard to take a chance on ordering anything that ssys made by veterans. Would of really liked to support them

They make a great product when you can get it delivered. I ordered a retirement gift (custom flag) for someone 5/16/22. I was supposed to receive it by June 15th. Haven't heard from anyone and they don't answer my phone calls, emails or chats. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not do business with this company. I ordered a wooden flag on May 10, 2021, that cost $498.37 Order# **** and was given 2-4 week delivery. After 4 weeks, I emailed the company and they responded that they were delayed due to shortages and now have an 8-week order delivery. At the 8-week mark, I emailed them again and they responded with a family issue please be patient from the supposed co-founder again this time they were a bit behind but I would not be sorry for the quality. I agreed to wait a little longer and I withdrew my dispute with the credit card company. It has now been over a 1 year. I have NEVER received my flag. I have had ZERO response from them and I have emailed them and called them numerous times with no response. I strongly suggest not ordering from this company.

Do not order from this company. My experience was a total nightmare. I placed my order, once the expected lead time had passed, I began trying to contact this company. I made 7 phone calls that went to voicemail and sent numerous emails with no replies to any of them. Etherton had charged my credit card and had my money for almost two months. Believing I had been scammed I filed a dispute with my credit card company who got my money back. A week or two later the flag finally showed up and I immediately called my credit card company to tell them it had finally arrived and to put the charge through. 5 months later out of the blue I receive a nasty email from Etherton Hardwoods threatening to take me to court for credit card dispute fraud?! I was furious. Not once in 5 months did they attempt to contact me to let me know the charge did not go though. Apparently once a credit card dispute is opened it is on the business to prove the item had been received. All Etherton had to do was provide a tracking number to my credit card company within 5 days and they would have gotten paid. However, just like MY phone calls and emails, they failed to reply so they lost the dispute. I had no idea my credit card company never paid them. I responded to their email that I was very upset with them and to put the charge through again. I did hear back from them via email with a link to repay for the flag, however this link included a $45 service charge. Yes, they tried to charge me $45 more then my original ****. I refused and they resent a link with the original purchase price. I have never experienced such an unorganized company or such horrible customer service. We are a strong military family, we believe in our country and all who served. Unfortunately we can not recommend this company. The flag is good but it's not worth the aggravation it has caused.

I ordered a couple of wooden flags for a memorial service, paid for 1 day shipping, included the date I needed it for and have been unable to get any answer on when it will ship. I have emailed, messaged, and called multiple times. Very upsetting. I would never order from here again.

Well, add another complaint with Etherton Hardwoods. I too, have not received a product and resolution to billing issues. It appears that this company is just a scam. **********
