            Alert: Issues with Service at Star Mercedes I want to share my recent experience with Star Mercedes to alert other customers. I brought my convertible in to have the top fixed. Initially, I was quoted approximately $150 to make it manually operable. However, the final estimate was $700 with an 85-90% chance of success. Despite this, my top is still not working.Moreover, it seems they failed to notice a major leak in the hydraulic cylinder, which should have been identified early on. This oversight led to further complications and additional costs exceeding $1,000. During a previous visit, my car was dented and washed to hide the damage, which I later discovered. Most recently, my trunk hydraulic cover panel went missing while my car was in their care.I urge other customers to be cautious and ensure that all terms and potential issues are thoroughly discussed before authorizing repairs at Star Mercedes. Let's hope they address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for others.

            My vehicle was serviced by the shop on 9/9/2022. Immediately upon driving my vehicle it began jerking and shaking. The steering wheel made a knocking sound when turning it and at times was difficult to turn. I contacted the shop and return my vehicle on 9/13/2022 after reaching the shop owner. I was informed on this day I could not leave the shop with my vehicle as the shop placed contaminated transmission fluid in my vehicle. Since this date, I have contacted the shop several times requesting statuses of my vehicle. I have been provided several explanations by the shop owner and an additional staff member as to why I cannot obtain my vehicle. My last call to the shop was 10/3/2022 and was informed my vehicle is still not ready and that I receive a call from the owner. Once again, I have not received a call from the owner.
