Got my boy a 4 ******* thing was at my house in 2 weeks. Easy to assemble the few parts that needed to be installed. *********** change was simple and the customer service reached out to me to make sure I had no problems or questions. Very helpful!!! *** was able get EXACTLY what we were looking for at a GREAT price! Made certain we knew exactly what to do and when to do it. He and his staff loaded and even used their own equipment, straps to tie down the scooter!. You have made a life long customer!Review from Henry L

They were very professional and very easy to deal with I was able to take care of my business and drive the scooter straight out of the shop and they took care of all my needs wonderfully I wouldn't buy from anywhere else

Birdys help me choose what I needed then found me the color I wanted for my Granddaughter. Called me as soon as he had it at a very fair price. Put it together on the day promised went over every detail I needed to know about very quickly, loaded it for me on the day promised. Would buy from them again any time. Drove near *************************************************************************************** I called many who cared nothing about what they were selling, nor knew nothing about what they were selling ,would not find what I wanted and offered no help with questions other than wanting their $$. *****'s is awesome!Review from John H

I am having the same issue. I called and was told to text, which I did. Received a text back saying they were closed pending renewl of their license, and to contact the owners. Two email addresses were given. I wrote to both email addresses stating I wanted to cancel the order since they are closed pending license renewal, and refund the money to the finance company. No response, so I sent the emails again. Still no response. So I texted them again. After three days no response to my email. The finance company is going to start taking out my monthly payments in a week, and I can't get anyone from Birdy's to let me know what the status is, whether the order has or is being cancelled, and when a refund will be given to the finance company. Very poor customer service. I will never even contemplate doing business with them again.Review from Josh W

I've requested a refund for an item that was out of stock 4 times now without a single confirmation that the cancellation and refund were processed. What's worse is after my initial purchase, I received an email letting me know that receiving a refund was an option since the item was out of stock. I understand refunds aren't immediate, but in each request for a refund I've asked for transparency to know the current status. Don't bother calling the company either, the guy will send you straight to voicemail and text you instead.I am beyond disappointed that I even need to leave this review. If you're dead set on making a purchase from here, call and make sure they have whatever you're buying in stock. It has been over a week since I first sent an email requesting a refund. If I don't receive any confirmation regarding my refund, I will be taking legal action. **** or ***, give me a call so we can work this out amicably. You have my phone number and email already.
