Absolutely the worst service weve ever had. One year and they still dont have our shower completed. When they finally installed the main unit there were mistakes after mistakes including a shower head that was so chewed up it sprayed water on the ceiling, not capping a drain pipe, and reversing the hot and cold on the shower. And these were the simple mistakes. Theyll not show up for the scheduled appointments and just give us a oh, should have called. This is NOT the Surbers quality we had seven years ago for our window installation. So sad to see them go downhill.Review from Jeff C

Highly recommend Surbers for their excellent and thorough customer service, exceptional quality of products, and skilled installation team. I was very pleased with ******** they were very professional from start to finish ***** our Installer was very polite and courteous to us. We are very pleased with the windows. ******* was personable, detail-oriented, knowledgeable, efficient, and did a fantastic job!!! ******* is a great worker and is definitely interested in making sure everything is done perfectly!!!
