    dynasty heating and ************************* installed the heat pump in august of 2020. No issues with that. But this winter, it stopped heating. So i called him as he said 10y warranty. he said he will be there that evening bw 2-4pm. I told him to call me when 10 min away as i had to make some schedule adjustments due to my work. Never showed up. called him no response. texted him, no reply. So i had to call someone else because it was extremely cold. They turned on the gas heat and said i cant fix the heat pump because it is their company policy not to work on a heat pump less than 3y old and i should contact the company who installed it. So i kept calling ***** and texting him and he never got back with me. Had to hire another company eventually who fixed the pump.So here is what he cost me:1- The time off i had to take the day he made the appointment. 2- The 365$ i had to pay the first company who turn on the gas heat.3- My gas **** went very high compared to electric heat pump.4- The 230$ that i had to pay the second company to fix the heat pump.5- Time i wasted calling him leaving voice mails and texting him.so i want him to pay me 595$ that should have been covered by the warranty.Also, if you look at his website( http://www.dynasty-hvac.com ), he claims that his business is A+ accredited business by Better Business Bureau, while the BBB website has an alert on this business for false claim.

    This is a ridiculous request. This is offensive and rude. You, sir, could not afford an AC system. Nobody else would work with you and I was willing to. I personally financed you to help you get AC because it was so hot. You were given a ten year warranty on parts, yes. You were not given a warranty on labor or trip fees. Its honestly shocking that after how far I went out of my way to help you that you would get online and make a complaint. This is why we dont do people favors anymore. People like you have ruined it. Youre welcome for being the only company willing to work with you. This complaint can stay listed in my BBB account, thats fine. This doesnt show any bad on our part. This makes you look terrible. We dont need to defend ourselves in this situation. Your complaint doesnt bother me. What youre asking for is nonsense. You get mad and your first instinct is to file a complaint with the BBB until you get your way? You have gotten enough out of us. Please keep this complaint posted as an example to show how awesome of a company we are and how we go out of our way to help people. If you dont appreciate what we did or somehow feel like we owe you free service for life then thats your fault. This isnt anything we did wrong. This is you being immature and ***** and throwing a fit. We dont care ??????? Throw your fits all over the internet. Once again, youre welcome for working with your financial situation to provide you ac for your family when no one else would. May everything you ever get be free and may you complain about your free stuff until you get more free stuff.

    The whole point of complaint was that the business did not cover for the 10 year warranty, which he is admitting himself. Rather i am at fault here for asking him to take care of his product and services.

    You have a ten year warranty on parts. I never denied it. I didnt have time due to scheduling to get to your home as fast as you wanted me to. This is such a ***** complaint against someone that did you a favor. Thjs is why we stopped doing people favors. People like you have ruined it. I dont owe you my service. The parts can be covered by any company and it didnt have to be me.

    He is acknowledging there is 10 years warranty but when asked to come and have a look at it, he never showed up. Then he is saying he did not have time. I have the record of texts and phone calls that i made over the period of a whole month. He could not make time for me for a whole month? For a matter which is very urgent because i am talking about having no heat in the cold month of January. And then, as you can see, he is constantly reminding me of how big of a favor he did to me. 

    So clearly, this company did not meet the agreement. And by asking for the warranty, all i want is "free stuff", as he worded in the first response.
