We had such a positive experience working with Griffith Flooring. Sales staff member **** **** gave us his undivided attention while introducing us to various flooring options to replace all of the 29 yr old carpet in our upstairs. We ultimately decided on a Laminate and **** came to our home to measure and once again answered all of our questions and concerns about installation. The install crew was also very easy to work with. They showed up on time each day and worked diligently with good craftsmanship and checked in with us often during the process when clarification was needed. **** set us up with an electronic downpayment to get started and the same for final payment upon completion. **** also called us to ensure we were satisfied with the results and thanked us for the business. Griffith had quality material and the installation looks great. Being able to bundle together carpet, with a variety of other flooring options was great. Additionally, they also had many different styles and at a variety of prices to helps us make the right decision for our whole home project. Only notes I have would hoped to received some automated notifications about the timing of installer arrivals, I was reaching out first to verify timing and when our home needed to be unlocked. The team of people worked quickly, left some trash around in the bathrooms and cigarette butts outside, but I personally wouldn't fault Griffith on this piece. Additionally a translator would have been helpful to verify flooring in the particular rooms with crew of installers. when it comes to the process overall and what works for our home, style etc. **** specifically was incredible and so easy to work with. When it came to delays and different issues we had renovating our entire home he worked with us every step of the way. Guy deserves a raise!!Griffith Flooring Service LLC Response

I want to take this time to say Thank you to **** for making this whole floor changing process so smooth. I was indecisive and what I wanted and what would look good and he just provided me with different options. Thank you for your professionalism and for keeping me updated throughout the process .
