Last month I brought in my **** Edge for "The Works" - supposedly an oil change, inspections, and tire rotation. The last time I had this service done from the same place (Community ****) I suspected they didn't rotate my tires based on I had one that was 2 psi lower than the others and after the service the same position had the same reading (even days later). So they didn't rotate them, nor did they actually check pressure and set to specs (as reported). So this last time I marked the tires to determine if they actually were rotated. They were not. Also, because of my suspicions about this service department, I replaced both my engine and cabin air filters THE *** BEFORE. I was told and was in the report that my filters were dirty and needed replaced (at exorbitant cost). I then saw in the report that the lug nuts were recommended to be replaced (because **** lug nuts **** and deteriorate, as it turns out) but at no time was I told they didn't even remove them, nor not rotate the tires. After the embarrassed service advisor got my feedback, I was told that he reported the issues with the service manager and he spoke with the technician. No offer to actually complete the service I went in for (rotate the tires) even after I bought new lugs and requested them to rotate the tires and install the new lugs I'd bring in. No response from the service manager on that request, nor from the service manager who I forwarded the previous conversations to, nor even from the General Manager until I had to contact him again for ANY response. The response the ** of Community **** told me was they've done their due diligence and I'm not a good fit for them and to take my business elsewhere. Wow. Never mind I have purchased THREE vehicles from this dealership within the last 10 years. Well, no more. I won't do any further business with this shoddy outfit called "Community ****/Lincoln Bloomington".
