I picked up after purchase from the trailer in April. There was an immediate problem as soon as I got ready to run the business in beginning of June. I had to close shop and fix the issue. The issue is still reoccurring. Im still having to get service. Im promised to get the service cost reimbursed because the warranty claim inspector will not communicate properly with the service providers. So I cover the cost. I have not been reimbursed. I have also spent a ton of money configuring the box the way it shouldve always been configured. They sold me a hunk of metal that didnt work. Theres been tons of problems since day one. Im just given false promises. We are now in October. Im still having the same issues occur, which means the trailer was not properly built. Im being told that my reimbursements for the box Cost will not be covered. When you can clearly know any trailer place will know that that box was never going to work for a 50 amp generator. As well as it was never going to work with exhaust being able to breathe. Even with a modifications, I still had the metal Burning. I was told several times this could be the cause of my issue. So I modified it to get the trailer to run since I had a business to run. I have lost a Groomer. I have lost clients due to the same service issue over and over. Ive been made to believe that it would be covered and under warranty, Ive been made to believe that I would be again. Ive been made to believe that they cared and they were going to get back to me. Im in circles. I keep having the same issues. I feel like I spent a ton of money on a box that doesnt work properly. This was supposed to be a custom bill for my issue and then I have a recording of the warranty claim inspector telling me he agrees this is wrong. And this is how they build all of their standard trailers. But I did get a trail. All of this was technically sourced from millennium trail, so its technically the sales persons fault for not relaying.

First and foremost, I want to emphasize that my expectation was to receive a fully operational and customized trailer that met my business needs, especially considering the significant investment of $30,000 I made.
**** was communicated to me that I could use a 30 amp generator in the provided box. Later, I was informed that a 50 amp generator was needed, but the dimensions of the box do not accommodate any standard 50 amp generators available on the market. The lack of a platform for the generator has further compounded this issue, as it poses a risk of damage during operation. The generator box was never designed to accommodate a 50 amp generator, and even if it did, it would offer no ventilation, which is a fundamental requirement for a generator. As a trailer company, it is perplexing that this critical aspect was overlooked.
    2. I have consulted with several professionals, who have expressed concerns about the wiring of my trailer. They have pointed out that the wiring configuration may lead to operational failures. This has resulted in additional costs and delays as I sought external assistance to rectify their issues.
    3. I was instructed to seek assistance from Camping World, which charged me a diagnostic fee without providing any resolution. This has led to further frustration and financial strain, as I had to hire other professionals to address the ongoing issues. I was left in the dark multiple times when I inquired about the status of the communication with Camping World. Your warranty inspector directed me to take my trailer elsewhere for repairs, assuring me that those costs would be covered.
4.under the impression that I was purchasing a professional-grade trailer tailored to my specific needs, which has not been the case.

I am rejecting this response because:

its lies and an old tale. we have already had response in regards to extension of the week deadline and i have been waiting for a response from them as promised also a reimbursement check that has never came. i wont be accepting false allegations.
