            We signed a contract in October 2023 to have a 12x16 shed built. We have all of the city permits and HOA approvals to start work and gave ***************************** of Woodcreek Construction half of the contracted rate for the shed ($2750) to start construction.Extremely poor communication always had an excuse (weather, personal, COVID, etc.) that continued delay our project and build. As we move into March and have nicer weather, he continues to delay and claims he has had to move the "Sell" the business and gave it to his son to manage as he has taken a full-time position at a metal fabrication business.We immediately requested a refund has he had broken the original contract, and admitted he spent the money to support personal issues and would be unable to give money back until May/June 2024.

            Hired Woodcreek Construction to do multiple projects, including building a retaining wall. We provided the company with up front $ for materials. They have not returned to complete the job since May 2023. We were informed in November that the materials were purchased and were lost when he lost his shop. We were not willing to pay for the materials again and requested our money be returned. We agreed to a repayment schedule of 4 payments to be paid before 12/15/23 that the owner ***************************** proposed for the $3050 owed to us for the materials. One payment was made with an outstanding balance still owed to us of $2050. I have tried to make contact and I have received no response.

            June 28, 2021 approved a quote for a shed to be built on our property for $6,480. A deposit of $1,800 was required for work to begin per quote.Due to a lack of communication or construction being started, we cancelled the project as of January 20, 2022. Finally on April 22, 2022 the owner said the first of 2 checks would be sent by the following Monday, with the 2nd check being sent 2 weeks after that. We have yet to receive a refund, and there has been no further communication from the business since April 22nd.
