I am a disabled veteran with medical debt from losing my wife and Im in the rear for property taxes. I have ptsd and severe tremors. Summers came out and found a part for the furnace was bad and the repair would be over $900. The technician **** told the ** ***** about the situation and when **** arrived to make the repair a few days later, I was informed that Summers will be making this repair free of charge. I owe summers my undying gratitude for their kindness. I would highly recommend Summers to anyone who needs professional service and wants to hire a company that takes care of their customers. - ***** ******Review from Deborah C

Our neighbor recommended Summers Plumbing for a new garbage disposal. On 10/17/24 a tech arrived and my husband approved an excessive fee of $780. When I returned home, checked Lowes cost of under $200, the extra $580 seemed excessive for an install fee. We are seniors and this company has taken advantage of us! I went to Summers office and made my complaint with a requested refund. They only offered $75 which is unacceptable. They also said I was threatening them if I reported to BBB or even a social media site. They must be doing poorly to rip people off!!!Review from Leigha C

My father is elderly and has alzhimers. Summers came and put a hot water heaters and softener in his home they charged 11 ******. Which should have cost him high end *******. They preyed on my dad and took advantage of him. I am just livid over this. They are nothing but preying thief's. They get no stars from him and they ought to be ashamed. I was told this is regular practice of theirs. They hit the elderly.Review from Dan S

Thought this was an honest business until I had a tech come out to replace a cartridge on a single handle Delta faucet. ********* retail is about $50. They charged $660, an up charge of around 1200%. Needless to say, I will be looking for a company that doesnt ripoff their customers. Steer far away from **********************.Review from Christi S

Amazing job. ************** From Summers came out so professional and friendly. Explained everything to me to where I can understand. Explain the steps that I can take to fix the issue. He was quick and efficient, and very patient with my dog. This company if they are hiring guys like this there is no other company I will use besides this company. I have been a customer of ********************** PHC of *********** for several years. I have always used their no interest plan if paid in an allotted time. In July I had a water heater installed for $1,420. I signed their IPad for a 1-year, no interest so I thought. They emails receipts later tech said. He went over my monthly payments. I found out they were using a company from CA called GoodLeap and I had sign a 10-year, *****% loan. I made two trips to company, managers out of office. 9 phone called, talked to **** Summers who assured me he would take care of this. Then a 3-way called with ****, ****, GoodLeap. **** said general Manager later that day said nothing they could do. So after two weeks of trying to get this resolved I now owed $1,438. I trusted ******* and they subjected me to an unethical company that when researched read reviews like mine. Even AG in ********* has a 2024 lawsuit against them. They could have handled this so much better professionally.Review from John R

I suggest no one do business with Summers heating and cooling. These ******* just charged me $480 total to fix a Tub Cartridge. The Cartridge is $50. Call out $60. He wasn't even here 40minutes. So when I called them they couldnt even give me a clear answer on why it is so much. Just a BS answer that everything is set prices. And because I googled how much that piece cost and told him it a $50 piece, he told me I was basically ignorant for looking it up on ******* If a company can't give you a clear cut answer on a question you ask, you shouldnt do business with that company. *** had my appointments canceled three times in a row every time they say theres an emergency and they cant make it no advanced warning. I personally believe its because I paid in advance even though they deny that I would not recommend this company obviously, theyre overbooked.Review from RISE D

I Asked *********************** of Summers Heating for a second opinion for a major system repair. His knowledge and professionalism really impressed me. It was not a sales pitch.
