    I am a patient with Option Care and have been having ongoing issues with incorrect bills since 2021. I have brought the billing mistakes to the attention of Option Care since they occurred in 2021 with promises that they have noted the mistakes and would resolve it. I have given them plenty of time and opportunities to resolve this since this incident occurred in 2021 but have not had them resolved and we are pushing up on a year of disputes. The two months in question are for dates of Service of 08/18/2021 - 9/16/2021 and also 10/13/2021 - 11/9/2021. During the 08/18/2021 - 09/16/2021, I received 8 dates of Service from Option Care but was billed for 30 dates of service. During the 10/13/2021 - 11/09/2021, I also received 8 dates of service and was billed for 28 days. Both of these discrepancies have been brought to the attention of Option Care on numerous occasions with guarantees that they will correct these bills and noted their billing mistakes that I brought to their attention. They confirmed that I only received 8 days of service during each time frame. I have been waiting for this to be resolved and calling to check in on it with no resolution. Each time I call to speak with someone I am told they are starting the dispute process and investigation from start versus following up on the calls and corrections that I have been promised were already being corrected. As a result of these extra charges, I am being billed for services I did not receive and have an account that is now past due even though I am paying monthly for the services I do receive with auto **** pay covering the monthly charge I should be paying with the 8 days of home health services I do receive each month. My **** each month is always the same and can be looked back on for the last several years to see that this is an obvious billing mistake to charge for 30 days of service versus the 8 days of service I have received since becoming a patient with Option Care in *********.
