Luggage **************** contracted by AA. Luggage showing picked up by delivery service in their tracking portal. Luggage yet to be delivered. Firm saying they do not have luggage and reverting back to airline for contact. Repeated attempts in obtaining information, business refuses to escalate situation or provide any contact information. My family and I took a trip to T&C in September when we landed only one luggage made it. Luckily it was the luggage that has most of the necessities for our kids. So we were able to buy a few things at the resorts a lot of things we needed was still missing. We were also told that most retail stores are closed by now. So my son didnt have his bathing suits, wife and I didnt have spare underwear, I was forced to walk in sneakers. Fast forward a month later after doing the portal to get reimbursement and thought there would be other compensation for the troubles I had explained. All they was going to do was pay for the few days we had bought. This was a 4 day vacation and we didnt have our luggage for one day. Got on the phone to talk to an agent and they were able to give a $150 airline voucher which is nothing. I have gotten more for giving up my seat and taking the next flight. These are the things that big corporate get away with when they make mistakes.Initial Complaint

****** airlines lost my luggage on my trip to ********* on july 2nd , 2023. they did not deliver my bag after 36 hours. My wife and I had dinner plans and work related meetings and we had all of our clothes in the luggage. We went aheads and bought enough clothes for our stay since we did not know if ****** will find our bag. the amount was around $700. ****** customer service was really bad at helping us open a file and instead they tried to offer us a $25 voucher followed by a $50 couple hours later. i was able to finally a claim which has taken over a month and no one from spirit has reached out. i com to BBB in hope they can help me to speed up the procces and i get refunded for those expenses . thank you.Initial Complaint

I was told by AA that my bags will be delivered by the end of the day when I landed as they were coming on a different flight. I went home. My bags never arrived, I called AA they said the bags got delayed again and will arrive Sunday morning and then Wheresmybag will deliver it to my house by 12PM. Its ********** 3:16PM. The company has had my bags since Sunday and have yet to deliver or schedule to deliver my bags. They have not returned numerous emails sent nor responded to any contact from AA about the status of my bags.Initial Complaint

This company claims to track baggage but they do not provide this service. When the airline sent me to their website, there was no attached tracking code, I had to figure it out myself. When I did figure it out, I was greeted by 3 conflicting pieces of information: 1. The luggage was pending pickup, 2. The luggage was picked up yesterday, 3. The luggage has been delivered by 6am today (no attempt was made). They never let us know that the delivery was cancelled, so we wouldn't have ever known to escalate the issue to the airline company. Just because I had complained about the information they delivered, I was able to get this information.Initial Complaint

I paid a fee to check two bags on a JetBlue flight. JetBlue delayed my bags so they did not arrive at the airport when I did. I filed a claim, and the bags were picked up for delivery by WheresMySuitcase at 3pm and were promised to be delivered by 7:30. They promised to provided me with updates about the status of my bag, but they have provided none. The airline is unable to reach them and they have no published phone number to call.Initial Complaint

On 6/30 I received an email from "Where's My Suitcase." indicating that they were going to deliver my lost luggage from ******** Airlines. I waited at home all day to receive my luggage. At 6:44PM CST, I received a follow-up email stating that my package had been delivered. It was not. According to their policy, a signature is required and none was obtained from me. They sent a confirmation picture of delivery but it was a form with no signature on it from myself or the delivery rep. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service because this service does not have a number to call but an email. I have sent emails to them and have yet to hear anything. Ive been missing my luggage since 6/12 and because of this horrible service, I am still without my bag. I want my luggage or compensation for everything that was in it.Initial Complaint

We were travelling from ****** to ******* and our bags were delayed. We called Air Canada baggage customer service and asked them to send to our hotel IF they could get them before ****pm the next day as we were leaving. They assured us they would but come time, it was not delivered. We then called Air ****** baggage again and asked to keep them at the airport so we can pick them up, to which they agreed once again. When we got to the Airport, customer service said they had just loaded them onto the delivery company named Where's My Suitcase. So we emailed the company our new address as the companies phone line is dead and no one could reach the driver via telephone, including Air ******. Our new address was 6 hours away and in the end we got an email from Where's My Suitcase that they had brought our bags back to Phoenix airport. According to Air ****** baggage customer service computer system however, the lost bag has been delivered and was signed for at a hotel we were staying. The hotel however at our request declined to take the bag and does not have it. However when we went ******************* for the second and third time and spoke with Air ******, the bag is not there. We have contacted Air ****** baggage customer service 20+ times over the past week and no one there is helping. Weve asked multiple times to be escalated to speak with a supervisor only to be told they would call back and never do. The delivery company is blaming Air ******, Air ****** is blaming the delivery company so no one is taking responsibility. The bag is nowhere to be found still and it is very frustrating when no one seems to want to help. We feel the delivery company where's my suitcase is responsible as it was lost in their care. These people are holding my suitcase hostage. After being lied to and talked down to by multiple people at ******** Airlines, these frauds took over to get my suitcase delivered to me. Its now two days after I arrived in ******, a city I do not live in nor know anyone. My baggage was supposed to be delivered last night, then wasnt. Then they promised me 6:30 this morning . **** came and I still dont have my suitcase. I emailed Wheres My Suitcase and received in response yet another excuse, an insincere apology, and a refusal to do anything. It is unacceptable to make someone ON VACATION sit around waiting for their belongings. This company is a fraud.Initial Complaint

Lufthansa sent my luggaage to the wrong country They told me that my bag was delayed. That was a lie. They then hired this company to deliver my bag and a carrier is messing with me. Hes had my luggage since 29 July has been nearly 5 miles from my house and has never delivered my luggage. I have a tracker in my luggage so I know where it is and Ive been posting about this every day on ********* The driver is an idiot and doesnt have a sense of direction. Lufthansa lied to me when I went to the airport today. At the end of discussion she said she could contact the courier and have the bag returned to the airport with no specific time frame . I want my luggage
