Our crew arrived, got to work,worked their butts off, tore the old roof off,put the new roof on,cleaned everything up and left before sundown, I'm very pleased with the people who worked on my roof and this company and would recommend them highlyReview from Pam M

Jeff Home improvements put a new roof and gutters on my home in 2022. Hail damaged the roof in March 2024. We used them again to replace the roof and the garage roof from the hail damage. They did an excellent job.Review from Harold T

Jeff Home Improvement did the roof, gutters and gutter guards, and siding on our new build and we were very pleased with the work performed. They did a beautiful job and we have had no concerns or issues with any of the materials that we chose for the roofing and the siding. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. If we had any issues or concerns they were quick to respond or come out to the house to check everything.Review from Jody T

Our experience with this company was a complete mess, worse decision we made was hiring them for the job. While the actual guys who performed the job worked fast and finished quickly, the other employees were a disaster to work with. It's as if none of the employees communicate with each other. We would receive multiple calls from different people saying something different then the previous person, employees had no clue what was going on so it was a lot of back and forth phone calls. Our job was completed in June however I received welcome letters and job completion letters in August through October. They told us they would file everything with our insurance to get final payment, that apparently didn't happen, and they continuously emailed and called us about the balance when they were the ones who didn't do their part. Would never hire again and definitely don't recommend.Review from Jane B

I've used Jeff's Home Improvements twice before for roofing projects and they did a fine job. However this time I used them for a large and expensive total house siding and I was extremely disappointed. I was quoted a three week completion date and it has now been 3-1/2 months and counting. The siding alone took 3 months and the punch list is still not complete. A new roof was also installed during the project and that went quickly and smoothly but the siding was another matter. The first day I had 3 men show up but it quickly segued into one man 4-5 days a week. Neighbors suggested I adopt the worker, he was here so long. Granted, he was exacting, but after a couple months I started to wonder if the job was ever going to be done. I started calling the company once a week and then 2-3 times a week. I'm calling almost every day now. I won't use them again. I want them to finish the job and be gone! I only hope I don't have problems with the installation or product down the road as I have little hope of resolving anything short of litigating.
