            Fencing contractor called 811 to have utility lines ****ed, I was never aware that a sewer line was a private utility and 811 would not **** it. When utility company reported there was NO sewer or NO water lines in the property, I believe the fencing contractor should have asked. They built the fence and drove a 6x6 post through our sewer line. With this, we were not aware at first this is what happened. We have 3 different plumbing companies out to determine what was wrong. Now we have had to pay the plumber $2782.00 to fix the sewer. The fencing contractor did come out and remove the 6x6 post and the gate in order for the sewer to be repaired. And stated that went the sewer was repaired to let them know and the would come back out to but that part of the gate and fence back together. While the plumbing company repaired the sewer they place a sewer clean out.I advised the fencing contractor that the sewer was complete but they could not place the 6x6 post back where it was because the sewer line was repaired not rerouted. They came out today and did a terrible job, the gate doesnt close right, they still placed the post right by the sewer line and hoping they didnt hit it again. There are nails sticking out, the gate doesnt open or close properly. And then they placed a mound of dirt on top of the sewer clean out. And was never mentioned from original determination of the sewer damage that there would be any cost on removing that area or replacing it. Now they expect us to pay $400 for replacing it. When they caused the issue. We already paid$6100 for the fence to begin with. I have many emails and pictures and video but I cant attach them all
