Indiana Finance Company is very unprofessional. I know that I have an obligation to pay my car note. I have been paying it faithfully. The engine went out I still paid the car note and they had it for 2 months. My son passed they gave me one pay to be moved. This one time I wan not able to pay it they have been so rude. I explained to them and told them that I was working on it. Please give me some time. I only had enough to pay my rent. The agent told me that I needed to make my car payment my priority. I told them that they could just come and get the car. The called, emailed, and texted everyday. Today they called and I told them that I was working in the money. The agent hung up on me. This I has been the most horrible experience I have ever had with purchasing a car . I dont know what will happen but I do not want to deal with them again. They have no concern for the customers. They do not work to help you at all. They make you feel belittled and that is not fair.Review from Robert S

**** was due day before yesterday, The lady calls me today (I get paid this evening) and says my payment needs to be in this evening, period. I'm at work, it's 8am and I'm covering dispatch on 10 company trucks, so i hang up after saying i can only do what i can do! I offered to send my check stubs as proof of when I get paid and she ends up saying she is putting my file in to take my vehicle and HANGS UP on me! I DEFINITELY don't recommend a company that permits this sort of behavior on a professional level, and it seems they use your circumstances as leverage to threaten you instead of work with you. People like this are why the world is hateful. She simply refused to give me the email for check stubs and wants to be vindictive because she obviously isn't very happy at home or somethingReview from N/A N

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The company as a WHOLE is TERRIBLE,RUDE and MONEY HUNGRY and never has a solution to your troubles but want you to pay pay pay .My car was stolen FEB 17th (*****************************) I was unable to contact company to report until the following TUESDAY Feb.20th due to it being a weekend and Monday being a holiday. As well as I made a police report and provided my CASE MANAGER ******* who is very RUDE AND HARD TO SPEAK WITH ! I advised her abt the stolen vehicle not ONCE did she advise me to continue to make payments or they would be my acct in default and possible auction once found. She told me someone would give me a call to let me know if my car had a tracker(which it should have bc I was told it would when signing documentation). I NEVER heard anything back until I followed up a month later(MARCH). I was then told they had BEEN found the car and someone reached out but I have NOOO notifications of someone reaching out via phone nor EMAIL and we all know they KNOW how to contact when they want their money so how ironic. They then advised me that I had to pay to get my car back bc it was not behind on payments ??? I asked to speak with a supervisor who then advised me my car was at the AUCTION and was wrecked that was done before it was stolen , but I NEVER advised them that it was wrecked? So HOW AM I GOING TO GET IT BACK ? They never had intentions they just want me to continue to pay for a car I havent had possession of or any communication abt ! THEY ARE TERRIBLE HIGHLY NOTTTTT RECOMMEND!Review from Dl J

The epitome of harassment and predatory lending. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will call you, email you, text you, and harass you anyway possible. They send out automated emails with the option to reply "STOP" If you no longer wish to receive emails and I have done so 10 weeks in a row and the emails and non-stop harassment continues. They are the worst of the worst. Calls coming on Holidays and nights even when payment due date hasn't arrived, etc. Their service reps must get commissions for harassing customers. That's the only explanation I see. Next step Consumer affairs complaint incoming.Review from Tami U

This is the worst company ever!!!!!!! They are rude and dont want to work with. I have full coverage insurance on my care and now they are telling me that the deductible is to high and I have to pay their cpc ins. What right do they have to tell me what my deductible needs to be? Its not coming out of their pocket its coming out of mine. They do not know my financial situation. Why do I need to pay a high insurance premium just because they want me to????? I would never ever refer anyone to them for a loan.!!!Review from Erica T

I would leave zero stars if I could. This entire place is a joke and I cant believe theyre still up and running. Theyre unprofessional, rude, and will NOT work with you on your payments. If you need an extra day or two to pay due to paycheck timing or any reason at all, they will flip out and tell you it has to be paid by tonight or theyll enter it in for repossession. Ive heard from other people this is a scare tactic that their customer service reps are TRAINED to use on their customers when theyre unable to pay by the due date. Every other company in the world offers you a grace ******* but Indiana Finance thinks theyre too good to help out their paying customers.We have also had constant issues with receiving emails that our account is delinquent before the payment is even due. When we bought our car, we set it up for payments to come out on Fridays. Multiple times since then, theyve tried to run my card on Wednesdays and then send me an email saying my account is delinquent and needs immediate payment. Before its even due. Ive called so many times and talked to 10+ different people and nobody in the place can seem to fix this. It doesnt happen weekly, it seems to be random, about once a month on average. And that makes even less sense to me and also seems pretty scammy and/or fraudulent. WHO gave them permission to run my card 2 days early because it sure wasnt me!!They advertise themselves as this place that is there to help people with bad credit get a vehicle, so they will talk them up at ********** and make it sound like theyre super great to work with. While they may help bad credit situations, they actually just make things worse for people who are already struggling to get by. In all reality, theyre a nightmare and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.Review from Mercedes C

This is the worse company ever. I had my car for 2 years NEVER missed a payment and out of no where they stopped accepting ***************** Didn't notify me so I could make arrangements on how I was going to pay them so I had no idea about the change. So I went an had to open a WHOLE BANK ACCOUNT JUST TO PAY *********************************************! Mind you when I transferred the money to the new account they advised that it will be 7 to 10 days i called Indiana finance and advise them of this to allow some time for the money to get into the new account and they are talking about my car is going to be in review for repossenion in 48 hours if I don't come up with the money mind you I HAVE THE MONEY it's going to take 7 days for it to go to the new account, Because these disrespectful people don't know how to communicate that they will not be taking certain cards anymore. I tried to pay with my credit card NOPE they don't accept that either, so Thank you Indiana Finance for not telling me that you don't accept **************** anymore I'm being punished for something that you failed to notify me about. This place needs to be shut down. If I knew you weren't going to accept my Amex 2 years I would have NEVER got this car. i'm spending $400 on a 13 year old carReview from Katherine R

After being a customer for over 4 years & 2 car loans I would never in a million years recommend this company! The lack of customer service, empathy or human decency is appalling! Never late nor never missed a payment, loan ends in less than 6 months as well! Called to request payment not to be pulled due to funeral expenses. What was confirmed, was never done! Called to follow up and the most unprofessional employee named ******* was beyond rude! Im sure she will not be effected by her lack of customer service or professional but I promise I will ensure to make everyone know NOT to do any business with this company!Review from Linda C

Every time I have needed a repair I call ahead and they have worked with me on a payment plan so nice and helpful love them all. Everyone is so helpful and nice and always willing to help and work with you.
