  Hello. I'm ******************************* and 87 years of age. In all my years I've not Come across a Shady person like this ************ Smart! This started October 2021.I was referred from a HVAC worker I've employed, that his Crew was and did an alright roof job for their home. I called,met with ****,my daughter was present, and gave them a tour of roof leaking in several places, as well the Chimney work and both porches. We settled on a price and he stated his men would start, which that wasn't on time as well when my daughter got home there were people on the house tearing away the roof that..Wasn't his men for one, whom we still don't know the shadings this pertained too!!****, No where around and the menu couldn't Understand our English??**** made a Mess. Our pipes Burst edge from the incompltion properly. He was to come back the following Monday, no he didn't! He was paid ******** dollars, and refuses to make right. It's Leaked throughout more, items, and linoleum new damaged, etc.This is wrong, wrong, wrongful and hurtful worrying not knowing what else will come off?? I've extra materials I've paid that is laying around. As well passerbys has called too check about this Character!! He Was Paid, Hired, too do this work, Ohh My, who were these foreign men @ least 12 was on My roof and now my home holds No Heat there for it's caused pipes to freeze and burst and leaks around and in Chimney!! The basement has also been flooding.. NEVER did before! I want it stripped on their expense,as well ****** men like Everyone else has had references to. I've had a contractor look at it and they said it was Shotty, Unfinished mess. I've had to pay for the last 2 ******* for businesses etc to work from Smart Roofing Damageas!!Yes, **** knows what's going on he's been vmailed, called, spoke again last year in person etc!! I ******, nor my daughter cannot physically nor Mentally keep Up with his lies, driving by as too Intimidate by sending men in our yard that We don't no.CWinchester
