if you have any Furrion appliances in your RV, I hope you don't have the issues we had. It took us 3 months to get a new refridgerator that did not work in our new RV. Good luck

Sorry to hear about your experience. I was able to locate your case in our system and see that the replacement was authorized with in a few days after receiving the troubleshooting information from your technician. I also do not find any records of a replacement refrigerator not functioning. Please understand that a refrigerator is a complex appliance and we have to follow proper diagnostic procedures so that we can determine what the cause of the concern is and what the proper resolution should be. This takes time to complete on a complex appliance. We just reached out to your dealer that is named in the case and was informed that they have the replacement and you are scheduled to get that replaced next week. I am sorry for any delays in getting your refrigerator replaced that we have caused. Please let us now if there are any concerns with the replacement after it is installed.Review from Jennifer G

I ** purchased an oven for my RV, I put in the oven and it immediately shorted, camping world explained they had 3 other customers have the SAME issue, I obliged to everything they asked and still was denied a new unit. Even when the manager and technician at camping world emailed to let them know this was CLEARLY an ongoing issue with their product, I only hd the oven for 28 days and never got to use it. They were rude and short and I would recommend NOBODY purchase any type of appliance through Furrion. Camping world however was absolutely amazingFurrion.com Response

Upon review of the case information, it was confirmed that the installer connected 120v AC power to this 12v DC appliance, shorting out the boards. Unfortunately we can not offer coverage on an item that was damaged due to an installation error. We would recommend having future installations completed by a professional.
