    I ordered a part that was $****** on 09/21/2024 and I have yet to receive my part and I have tried over and over to get in contact with them and I havent been able to get in contact with anyone.

    We placed an order for two DA100 RV A/C Silencers on November 3, 2024. Our card was charged but we've received no product or shipping information.We've tried to call multiple times, but no one answers, and the voicemail box is full. My husband emailed on Nov. 20 and Dec. 9 (from address *************************** and got an automated response that they are moving and will reply as soon as they can but we've had no follow-up communications.I tried to message on FB messenger on Dec. 9 with no response, but I can see they have read the message. Then tried a FB mention to them on Dec. 11 also with no response.We'd still like to get the product, but are leaving soon so would need shipping expedited.

    On Oct 2 2024 I ordered an annual maintenance kit from Hydronic Heating Warehouse, an online store run by Master Tech RV. They charged me $138.12. Since then there has been no word from the business. The order was never shipped. My attempts at email were met with automated responses. My attempts at phone contact *************, same phone as Master Tech) have been unsuccessful as no one answers any phone and all phone mail boxes are full.Although the websites for Master Tech and Hydronics Heating Warehouse seem active I'm wondering if they are no longer in business.Can you help?

    I ordered a door my my new water heater and they have not yet shipped the product, or returned my messages. When you call Them you get out thru to a voicemail that is full. I'm beginning to think this is a scam and I need to file a claim for fraud. Can you help me?

    On 10 May, I placed an order (MTRV#****) & noticed that it autopopulated an old shipping address so I called & emailed same day to inform them of correct shipping address. For two weeks, no one answered the phone listed on that site & every time I called, there was a busy signal so no message can be left. I did get an email response a few days later asking what the order # was as I'd submitted 3 different requests via their email/online message portal requesting support. Despite all this, the company was non-responsive & on 17 May, I received a noticed that the item had just shipped, but to the wrong address. Again, I left a message on their online/email message portal informing them the address was incorrect & requested resolution. I attempted to call their # again & only got a busy tone.
