  March 18,2024 paid $2400 in total for down payment on vehicle ********************** color.Was told had a 30 day warranty and soon as we took car check engine light came on they told us they would fix it. They took our car gave us a diff one to use while ours was worked on March 19th, they called us back half way through the day said it was ready for pick up, we got it back and few hours later the check engine light was back on again I called dealership they tell us bring it back up this time they take it for the weekend and give us another car to use. We get it back that following Monday this is second time the check engine light came on, we get it back and we end up sick with the flu all week so we couldn't drive it now march 31st Easter Sunday we feel ok enough to drive down to indy to see family and come back so far so good no check engine light then the next morning we take it to take our son to his bus stop up the street because it's raining and the check engine light comes on a 3rd time! I'm furious I contact the dealership again and they tell us they are gonna take it their dealership location in ****** ******* from ****** ******* to work on it and fix it! They keep it over the weekend again and we get it back Tuesday. I tell them I want receipts of what was done to the car And they said ok well when I asked about receipts in text to ******* he just says ok and never messaged back and with us having the car less than 24hrs again the check engine light comes back on a 4th time! We take it back to AutoZone and it's the same issue Misfire cylinder one! Every time the check engine light came on we took it to auto zone, advanced auto, ********, and even ******* did a digital read and they all came back with the same reading! Now I don't have the ***************************************************************************** text and chat. they also have several bad reviews of being dishonest on *******

  Purchased a vehicle from Moto Cars during the process the stereo stopped working along with back up camera and steering wheel controls they assured me they would pay to have it fixed after 4 months of telling me they kept ordering the wrong stereo sent picture of stereo so they could find the right one still nothing so I offered to drop the vehicle off to them to get it fixed after telling me they had an appointment at numerous places **** dealership Best Buy which it was never taken to either place I checked after 3 weeks of giving me the run around and never even calling I was the one who had to keep calling them to even find out the status of my vehicle so I call on Tuesday January 30th and they inform me my vehicle is done so I ask if everything is working properly and he couldn't tell if everything is working so I ask them if they would take it to a stereo shop there in ********* where the dealership is located to have it checked out before I come pick it up because I live ************************************************************************ the next day and none of the agreed repairs had been done they give me an estimate of 504 dollars to repair everything that **** agreeded to pay for so I contact Moto and they tell me they refuse to pay anything to get the repairs done I even told them I would pay half I just wanted it fixed and they still refuse to pay anything so after 5 months of dragging this out and 3 weeks of having my vehicle you don't plan on doing anything there answer to me was we've done all we plan to
