Hello *******, Attached is the contract in which was signed. This contract states that after the 3rd business day of the agreement, that the deposit is forfeit. This contract also states that we cannot refund the deposit after the cancellation period has expired if it is not cancelled within said cancellation period. Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help with. ( from company ) My email This is not a email from corporate.. this is a email from you.. I will just go ahead and talk to a lawyer and then file a complaint with the bbb and get something started. I spoke To corporate and it’s up to you to refund it. You said you had a email from corporate and this is not.. So; you also told me the check was already made it, and no one ever said anything about not getting it back So; it sounds like you just lied to us.. ***** knew that we were waiting for the army and the whole situation and NOTHING WAS ORDERED .. my mom signed that but I AM THE ONE WHO PAID THE DEPOSIT AND I WAS NOT AWARE OF ANY OF THIS AT THAT TIME. I left My parents house and was not informed on this whole situation. So; I believe that YOU CAN GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK BUT YOU ARE CHOOSING TO NOT DO IT.. not every cool. Not how a business should be run!! We both know that you lied to me and so did ***** when I was Told that I Was Getting the money back and you also just told me on the phone that it was mailed and that I should of already received it. When clearly you were lying! Come on this is t even the email that you promised me from corporate ???????
