Call 3-4 times a day, never leave a message because per ******, its against the law.. Never sent any correspondence through the mail.Trying to collect a medical debt from 2019. When asked for proof of unpaid debt, they hung up on me. Called back, same conversation, hung up on again. They speak to you like you are trash. They interrupt, and their answers are always no.

Phoenix Fu****ng Financial Services ******** keeps calling me for the past 3-4 months that I owe some money to my provider. I called my provider and they said I owe them nothing. When those idiots called again, I told them to deal with the provider and that the provider confirmed I had no outstanding balance and I had told them to remove my details from their list. But they insist on paying it on their website. I stopped picking up their calls anymore. **************. Such a scam. Losers!

Ive been receiving several phone calls from PFS, LLC over the past couple of months. At this point this feels like harassment. There has not been any voicemails, letters, or other information given at this point, just several phone calls at odd and inconsistent hours. With the abundance of scams today, I havent answered, feeling that this could likely be one more.

Received noticed of debt collections from this company regarding a service I owe no money to. I contacted the actual company in which they confirmed there should be nothing owed. Sent all supporting documents to Phoenix Financial proving this. I have sent several emails to the contacts the company provides but receive no response from the company. This issue has been going on for over a month now. Very unprofessional company with zero support.

I received a call from a number I did not recognize. When I called to verify the identity of whoever it was that called at such an ungodly hour (8:30am) the voice on the other end of the line declared they were "Phoenix Financial Services," and they were a 'debt collector.' I never received a letter from them in the mail regarding a supposed debt and I refuse to confirm or deny whatever debt they cooked up for me was valid. How am I supposed to do that w/o any documentation from that company? I read many of their reviews and complaints here and found this company oftentimes did not provide debt validation, claiming it was on the supposed debtors to do this. This is contrary to the law.I told the person who called that I did not appreciate being called at such an early hour, given my poor health and a death in the family several days ago. The woman hung up on me before I could finish making my statement. So I called back and repeated those words to another woman, who declared she would terminate the call. I beat her to it by hanging up before she could.Do NOT verify your identity when getting such a call. Do not admit to owing anything without a debt validation letter, which - by law - they are supposed to provide. If any debt collector tries to get you to fess up to a debt that is beyond the statute of limitations, that can reset the clock, so to speak, and they can legally try to get your money even if the *** expired. The best thing to do with people like that is hang up if they won't cooperate and file a complaint with the **** Check your state's laws on how long it takes before a debt expires. This company has no scruples and aren't afraid to kick someone when they're down, like they did with me today even though they were well aware of the fact that I am in poor health, am deprived AND had a death in the family several days ago. They are shameless and need to be put out of business NOW.

These people started calling me out of the blue for a cash advance on a check. I've NEVER done a cash advance on a check before. I told them to just serve me with papers and now they're calling my family, friends, and my work harassing me and everyone I know. This is a SCAM! Why the h*** are they allowed to do this to people? What do I need to do to stop them? What kind of people do this for a living? Do they think people won't fight back, legally or otherwise? Where is the protection for regular law abiding citizens that just want to live there lives? I hate what this country is becoming.

Looks like my review has nothing more nice to say than anyone else. They have been harassing me for almost 6 months about a collection for hundreds of dollars to a place I have never visited in my life. They consistently badger you while on the phone for your personal information when they don't even need some of it to close the accounts. I was hung up on by the first rep I called to question the balance. Then when I called back and mentioned their BBB rating and all the complaints they have, and how they have been harassing me; she was at least nice enough to say they wouldn't be calling anymore before she hung up on me. Let's see if the letters stop coming. DO NOT PAY without first calling and verifying the balance, who the original creditor was and their address and number. Don't trust these scum bags with your dirty laundry, Let alone your money.

What a nasty bunch of humans that work here. There's a special place for all of you all. These scammers call constantly to the wrong phone numbers. Maybe you all can use your noggins md actually listen when people tell you that they are no the person. Really nice getting hung up on by these nasty people. Just because your job ***** and your scamming people for money does not mean you treat other people like trash.

This company stated they received a debt for me. When I requested them to provide proof of the debt that they claim is mine they immediately sent it to Collections. They claim it was for something in 2019 and they are just now trying to collect on it. I was never notified of owing any money to any company until this company reached out. Additionally they claim that the date the account was opened was August 2023. So what was it? Something that happened in 2019 or 2023? Also why wouldn't they send me proof of the contract of debt with my signature? This company is definitely shady. Apparently this is a consistent issue as **** had the exact same issue I did. The story and balances were almost spot on.

They do not send the required letter of an attempt to collect a debt. They do not provide substantiated evidence that the debt is collectable. They use deceptive practices to attempt to collect account past the allotted lawful collection date. They do not disclose who they are when robo calling. They use robo calling to call persons for collection attempts. They fail to follow federal fair collection practices by failing to identify themselves as they continue to persist in becoming pestilent jerks. I dand this company be refused any license to conduct collections in the ***************** and refusing to follow procedures as directed in the fair credit collection act.
