I was outside the state. My wife called me about outside the hose valve, which was a small amount of drop water it was definitely cold, and the weather could be caused, or the gasket was bad. I told my son to search local ******* and let them take a look. We meet MR. ********* All negative reviews behind that person. He tried to sell 1st ******* warranty for a simple $30 value valve replacement. He took opportunity and advantage from my wife. I never ever hired that person if I were there. My wife asked him simple questions about what would be cost what is your warranty, etc. He plays around my wife, and he never gives a straight answer or estimated cost. Our crawl basement is easy access and not hard to work on a simple max 1 hour job. I called 2 different local contractors, and I showed MR ******* work. "The estimated cost is $150-$200 max part no more than $50. . MR ***** CHARGED $545. I called them to explain what is about that charge, $250 fair, more than enough, please refund back to remain balanced, and they hung on my face.

Customer was given a full estimate of work to be preformed before any work was done and signed off on it.  We ended up charging the customer less then this price.

our company was called out to resolve an issue with the customers spigot.  An estimate was put together for the amount for $549.00 for our licensed plumber to come out and do the work.  The customer signed the estimate and the work was preformed.  The customer was charged $470.00 after we deducted the estimate fee.  The work that as done was what was signed off on by the customer to take this payment.  After, the customer was upset they asked they we return the next day even thought all services had been preformed.  We then sent two more plumbers out to the home and when we dispatched the the homeowner that we were almost there at their request they had blocked our calls.  No refund will be given to this customer as we had provided the work that the customer had signed off for our company to do.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

That company representative or owner changing subject. We did not say anything or disagree about their work. Owner is taking advantage to my wife due she doesn't know anything about what is it or how major the issue. I was working at the different state that time frame if needed I can prove (*** Pocatello, ID). My wife worried about if our crawl basement having water etc. But it wasn't.  I told my wife do not anything just pay them wait for me I can check visually also with local other handyman if needed. I return back to home town I checked their work. It's about $250 max labor and plus parts job. He played arround my wife. I made phone call what is it about that $545 and your work. They said it's a handyman charge. My wife call me and they said to her   Owner is sending  2 technician and ordering to 65 years old  my wife is going to crawl basement with them what kind of person do that.  $30 simple valve replacement they added another control valve doesn't needed but we did not complain anything about it. Owner charged double price we very  simply request refund back to us $250. If BBB not resolved this matter. I will goto Small Claim Court. I will prove other handyman charges what would be  for that type works. Owners knows he charged more than double. As I said if I was there I never ever hired that company or person.
